Marcos' 16th seeding at AO is not confirmed yet, mathematically speaking at least.

If both Moya and Youzhny reached the final in Chennai and Moya won the tournament there, Marcos would be the 17th seeded player at AO.

It's the price he has to pay for his inconsistency.

At least he doesn't have many points to defend and he can play without stress ;)

Carlos Moya lost to Rafa Nadal in Chennai SF. It was a tough, close match.

Marcos is too lucky. He remains 16th in the ATP rankings.

He will be the 16th seeded player at OA.

I was really impressed by Carlos Moya. :D He was too good, fighting for 4 hours.

Nadal usually finds a way to win such matches.

So Marcos' outfit for AO 2008 is already confirmed (the blue one which Xristos posted in pictures thread)?

Hey, Hrastar. :wavey:

Yes. Hope it brings luck to him. :)

Though in his current form (the one he showed us in Chennai at least), he hasn't many chances to survive above the 3rd round.

Hope Marcos leaves the tendency behind and is resolute enough to behave like a well-oiled machine at OA.

Unbelievable. I put both words "Marcos" and "machine" in the same sentence.

The jokes one says are indicative of his/her character.

'Baghdatis72',

Could give me one good reason why while you understand perfectly the behaviour of 'H_E_L_L_A_S' and 'baghdatis' (another gem on Marcos' forum) you never revealed anything about them?
In other words you protect them.
I assume you share the same level with them.

I remind you:

A joke is a joke for the right reasons. Some jokes are not really jokes but some interpret them as a joke.

I don't protect anyone and don't really bother with the 'level' of anyone as long as they are not annoying and intrusive. On the contrary the poster whose behaviour is strange lately is you and treating other posters as retards and commenting on supposed 'levels' is tiring and repetitive.

As for the "reminder" I have read the whole thread and it seems that post #16 is what started everything there. People can express their opinions freely regardless if those opinions are opposing our opinions. Just because someone made a comment about Marco's schedule doesn't mean that they have to be his manager and if someone is cursing then that's up to the mods to take care.

terrible draw for Marcos in the aussie open. Johansson first up.. former winner... Safin possible 2nd round.. former winner... Hewitt 3rd round.. former runner up.

Tough start.

Baggy  But if Marco's wants to he can take two very helpful ideas from this Match. 1) The need to focus and 2) the physical conditioning that is needed to play winning Pro Tennis is very high indeed!
