Thank you Peggy for opening this thread :) Never heard about this guy either, and he seems to be the best player in my city. And it looks like he can go far this season.

I thing that Vadim is former becaus he hasn't been playing since June 2007. Although he has injury.

Alexandre beat Philip Kohlschreiber in Toronto and advanced to the second round. :bowdown:

Alexandre is playing in the Bronx Challenger this week. He won today against Gary Lugassy. During the second set, he broke his racquet after he was broken. After the match, I took his broken racquet out of the garbage ( :lol:) I saw him walking a few hours later and I should of asked him to sign the racquet, but I was kind of nervous. Oh well, here are some pictures from the match and one of his racquet (and me playing with it).
