:p Couldn't agree more Ceci! But if David doesn't play which seems more than likely - I would go for Federer. Safin or Ferrero (if he plays).

Pete, Pete, Pete :D
Okay, we're some years later now, so let's see:
Federer - he has that natural talent and style that a player needs on grass, he is definitely the best at the moment
Henman - he deserves a Grand Slam title, especially at home, and he seems to be again in great shape now
Nalbandian - he's a very clever player, dangerous on all surfaces
Good luck to all of them - and many others too

Rafter!....just do a little bit of training and he'll be set

Hewitt - He's playing some great tennis, and needs to make amends for that shock loss last year

Henman - he's had a really good year so far...and it'd get the crowd into it like nothing on earth if Tim made it into a competitive final

Safin - heres hoping he can stay away from brutally long matches and he'll be right

marat safin - i would love for him to do well on what people say his weakest surface
tim henman - yeah i agree he deserved a GS title and this is the best place to do it.. he has the crowd behind him..
mark philippoussis - he is struggling lately.. so this would be a morale booster for him...and besides this is his best surface...

ok ok i know its only top 3 but can't help adding these...

hewitt - to make up for the premature exit last year...
malisse - he reached the semis before so i hope he'd do well also..
tommy haas - hmmm.. can't think of any reason except this would make my friend happy... hahaha

Coria
Hewitt
Haas

Federer has enough points as it is, he doesn't need to win any more titles. Hewitt needs to get back up in the rankings. Coria, frankly I just want the man to be #1 some day. Haas is in dire need of some points, he's now ranked 100th, and a wimbledon win would take him to about 20th
