Maybe there's been a change in the law but I always thought you had to touch someone to accomplish a sexual assault...:sad:

My understanding of it is that sexual assault is any kind of behaviour that causes humiliation or fear or intimidation. For example, making someone watch a porno is sexual assault.

Not that I'm saying Peter sexually assaulted the kid.

And well you should. Its a crime to conceal all of that male lusciousness. Imagine how life would be if Bjorn Borg had opted for the "my shorts are larger than the sheet on my bed" look?

ps. has your cryptic question got anything to do with Rocky Llegs Hewitt:confused:Well, sure...Hewitt won the U.S. Open...and Sampras the All-England Championships...

And If, I were to say, go on to win the French National Championships...how would I get my money out of France, without paying taxes. (Not to say I would, but double taxation: French, and then U.S....would make playing at the top level, even more difficult.--)

 This is my understanding of the tax system of US.

If the country they work have a higher tax than US, they do not need to pay any tax to US. If it's less, then they have to pay the difference. But they have to file tax returns in both countries and that's really yuck. :p
