Meligeni works on his body to get good results in clay season

World #5 Fernando Meligeni, better known as Fininho, decided to improve on his muscles to be as strong as he must be to show his power at the clay season, which starts next week in Estoril, Portugal. Fininho started the training program with a personal trainer 3 weeks ago, and the results are, in 1 word, gourgeous. Look the transformation and you will be speechless:

"Im Overly Confident"
http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r203/takako_moriyama/36076512188.jpg

Former world number 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero, has come back on tour And started to practise liek he did at the start of the tour, winning Aukland. Juan Carlos Ferrero was shattered when he found out that he got an injury while entering Sydney, But decided to play on and didnt win a match since the Australian Open. He fell down to Potito Starace in a 5 set thriller.

Juan Carlos In that match, Was commiting no unforced errors, in the first 2 sets, but it all feel down when he entered the tie-break, you could see that he was very nervous. "All Credit to Potito He played great and hes living up to his ranking, This is my Home Court and i want to win more matches as i go on"

Whilst teaming up with Chela, they havnt been that successive on the doubles court, "I really blame myself for the losses my tatic wasnt good the past tournaments, becasue of my injury i didnt want to run, Playinf just made it alot worst, its just good to look up and see that ive won a tournament"

Mischa wants his revenge!

We all remember the amazing match between Chela and Zverev two weeks ago at the Australian Open. After a great fight Mischa lots to Chela in the fifth set 12:14. Many specatorsa called it the match of the tournament. Now, two weeks later at Estoril challenge the two of them could meet again, again in round two.

Mischa showed himself excited and confident about this draw. "I know i can beat him! Even on this surface. I made some bad mistakes at the Aussie Open, i won't do them again....and I know some of his weak points now, i can't wait to play him again!".

Big words, so let's hope he'll not forget to think about Massu also, who's waiting for him in the first round of the tournament.

Former World Number 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero has recovered from his injuries, and has reched the Semi-Finals after disposing of the number 2 seed 6-4 3-6 6-4 4-6 7-5. We were lucky to get a press confrence

Interviewer
"Hello Juan Carlos You had another terrfic win, against the number 2 in the world, does this give you the confidence to get the title?"

Juan Carlos:
"Well Im confident and back to be playing, i mean i should still be the number one but when i rolled my ankle i really did myself, But There are some strong opponents still in the draw, so i can get to cocky"

Interviewer:
"After Hearing that Jonas Bjorkman Retired, you moved up to number 8 and are still seeded, where you shoked when he retired, and also i cant forget to mention Lleyton Hewitt?"

Juan Carlos:
"He was such a good player, im shoked, i thought he would of remained in the tour for a while, although for Lleyton im not shoked he is a bit arrogant and few losses would really upset him"

Interviewer:
"You and 'Fihno' are the favourites to meet in the final, you have to take on Nicolas Massu, who has been very impressive this week, what are your thoughts coming in the semi's?"

Juan Carlos:
"Fihno hes a great player he took out Jan-Micheal, but i also took him out on his favourite surface, But Nico has been so consistant this tournaments he came out of the blue so im worried to come into this match"

Interviewer:
"fihno takes on Starace what are his chances?"

Juan Carlos:
"No Comments :tape:

Interviewer:
"Thanks for your time"

Juan Carlos:
"no worries"

"Ferrero Aiming for his second title"
http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r203/takako_moriyama/XWIM329062914_1024x768.jpg

Spaniard Number 1, Juan Carlos Ferrero survived another 3 set thriller, by disposing of Chilian and good friend Nicolas Massu 4-6 3-6 7-5 6-3 6-4. Ferrero has has many 5 set thriller, the only which he has lost was the 2nd round in Australian Open. "This has been the best victory in my life, when he was serving to stay in the set i said to myself just take is earlier he isnt that fit and hit it more to his backhand and it was great just winning that set"

The first set, This was intrestng Nicolas Was Dominating play with his extremly big Forehand, And Ferrero couldnt hang on when he has to serve at the start of play. Nicolas was not giving anything away, and not letting Ferrero get anywere close to get a break on his serve. when Nico was going to serve out the match, Ferrero Did yet another unforced errors which were haunting his game, and gave Nico The Set Very comfortable 6-4. "I Wasnt myself, He was playing good, and my fitness i had alot of fatigue from my last match, And he really took advantage over that"

The second set wasnt that much different With Nico Serving First he straight away once again Broke Ferrero's Serve. Ferrero was still commiting to many errors of his forehand Wing, In that set Comming 17 unforeced errors, with onle 3 Winners. "I didnt know what was going on I was hitting my forehand of the wrong stance and my backahdn seemed to be fine I was getting fustrated And it was really affecting my play"

The third set, Ferrero Mangaed to hang on untill 5-5 but when he had to serve, He was having alot of tourble with there being 10 Dueces, But Ferrero Came out on top and ended up winning his serve, and went on to break Nico Serve to love and win the third set 7-5. "He looked tired on his serve he wasnt mooving i can that 2 double faults really helped me, Then my game completly Change around"

The fourth set was fairly easy for Ferrero, But there was only one break going to the Spaniards Way, His Forehand was back to scratch and he was hitting many Winner of both sides, with his unforeced error Counts going rapidly down. With a loud Vamos when he won the fourth set (as shown at the picture) He was quick to go to sit. "I was happy that we were are level terms, I wanted to make the final, I wanted to be back to the top 5, That set ment alot to me"

The fith set was very very close up until Nicolas had to serve to stay in the match, Before that Ferrero was serving to win the match and was unable to, But Nicolas Droped 2 very short second serves to the Ferrero forehand which is his Trademark Shot, and he ***** up the set 6-4. And he goes to his second final. "I was happy i shouted and fell to the floor cuase that was such a tough match"

When Ferrero was told that he had to take on Fihno He said "I dont know what to exepct i dont think i will win, But i really hope i can and get my second title, may the better player win"
