That's great :) Yeah in my opinion it's orlando bloom too (even while I like him most as Legolas), I like him in the other movies too (Troy, Pirates of the Caribbean) and I'm looking forward to see his next movie. But Aldaron (Dr. Peedy) prefers Legolas to Orlando Bloom.

The Lleykis are great!

My very favorite player is Guga and will be until he does not play any more. He's always the one I want to have win no matter who he plays. :)

Coria is second. He can be beaten by Guga, but no one else! ;)

Then my next favorites are all more muddled and I am torn between them and just love them all. Andy, Lleyton, Jonas, Pim-Pim, Tompa, Robin, JCF (who I am coming back to loving more and more) Nico Lapentti

And then many minor faves.... Sjeng, Tommy R, the Bros. Rochus, Marat, Nadal, Almagro, Juan Monaco (a recent addition) Calleri, Henman, Jan Frode Andersen, Jarrko, Santoro, Todd Martin, etc.

Anyway, I like a lot of players and I like the fans of a lot of players. :wavey:

haha... star, you better watch out. oxy might just whack you. :) kidding of course.

hmm...my fave player is of course, MARAT!

others on my :keep an eye on them list would include...JCF, Guga, Oli Rochus and to a certain extent Rogi and Guille...and Woodbridge

then amongst the "retirees": PETE AND PAT!

hmm star why coming back to love JCF more and more...why did the love fall a little?

I'm not really sure. I loved JCF when I first saw him. I loved his game and his fluid movement. He has the most beautiful footwork of anyone on the tour, imo. Also it seemed that he was a person who would be able to get results on hardcourt as well as clay. I don't know why my love dropped a bit then. I guess I was doubting his will to win. I don't know exactly. But this year with all of his terrible, terrible luck, I've realized how much I miss him and how much I want him in the draw. :)

I was very happy last year when he won Roland Garros. I was still a little disappointed that Coria wasn't in the final with him. That's a match up I still want to see. Juan Carlos and Guille in the Roland Garros final.

yea, I like Kim too, she would make me watch wta too! But not Henin or the Williamses.

I'm happy Henin lost early this tournament, I just hate it to watch her. And she's so unfriendly to her fans :o (at least she was when I saw her in Rosmalen)

kim is very friendly, maybe too friendly, that's why she hasn't won a slam yet. but she's great. i think she's better than JuJu.

Rianne, what do you think of Rogier Wassen? Aren't you proud that there's someone of Roermond in the second round of RG men's doubles?

I read it this morning in the paper haha! Hope he gets a little further then the 2nd round! Maybe they'll win RG :D :p
But it's really kewl he's in the 2nd round!

Yeah, in the beginning he was ok. You know, he entered the thread where I was talking Dutch all the time, and I said to him 'come to Yvonath, I'll talk to you there'. And it was ok talking to him. But then he did get mad and asked phonenumbers, and complained about us speaking Dutch. And I started to dislike him more and more. Parisians aren't nice imo. They're always in a hurry and come across as rude. If you meet a frenchman who's nice and friendly, then you'll know that his origin isn't parisian ;)

I love big cities. I'm really attracted to them. Maybe that's cause I live in a small town ;)

i'll swop the city for your small town dear! and if anyone wants to swop mountains for puny hills, i wouldn't mind.

oh...and short buildings for skyscrapers and towering blocks of flats... ANYTIME!

but i think i'd get sick of it after a while. it's always like this isn't it. u hanker after something else and when u get it, u kinda feel out of place after a while...

i wouldn't mind cleaner air though. and less construction works.

Singapore and right now, my block of flats is surrounded by construction works. the works go on 365 days a year. gets annoying, but hey! if it keeps the economy afloat, i can't really complain. just grin and bear it... and get killed by the pollution!

That sounds Australian for sure.. Along with Oodnadatta and Kalgoorlie and such.. They make up weird names :) Anyway.. have fun! I want to go to Australia too, some day. But then again, I want to go everywhere :o Not going to happen, I fear.. :(

I wanna go to everywhere too, my dream is to travel around in Scandinavia for one year once :)

CooCooCachoo
05-30-2004, 06:25 PM
Oh, I want to do that too! I checked for the expenses for travelling by train for this summer, but it was just too expensive. Not the travelling itself, but I would have to stay in hotels and hostels and I can't afford that. Need some proper saving up before I can do that, I guess. Would love to go to Scandinavia (including Iceland) once though, especially in the winter time!

Nymeria
05-30-2004, 06:27 PM
The problem is that I don't wanna go for just one summer, I would like to spend there a whole year. Yeah I also want to include Iceland, if I go a year I've all time to visit that country too ;)

CooCooCachoo
05-30-2004, 06:29 PM
Well, a year is a long time :o I don't know if I could stay away for such a long time.
I think that, when I go to University and try to get my Masters diploma, I have to study abroad for a semester or trimester, so Scandinavia will definitely rank high on the list. Would be really great :)
