Say you are a casual tennis player who wanted to try and get serious about tennis. Not like a start from scratch type player, but just making a decision that you want to focus a good amount of time on it, and see what happens with it.
What do you go about doing? Steps, etc. I know there is no blue print how to do anything, but just any suggestion to get out of the box?

if you are serious play loads and enter tournaments and stuff, see how far you get and take it from there, depending on results
