Anyone else care? I had a small vBet on the Latvian so I had a vested interest in the result :p

Small upset here.

Gulbis is doing really well for himself this year.

Vamos, Ernie.

He's got a reasonable chance for the 4th round :)

Great result, he can send Berrer back to Germany for sure. Go Ernests

I care :p

Good to see him winning a tight match, based on the scoreline.

Ernests is really cute and he has a gorgeous two-hander. Pilic was pumped after the match.

I watched the first two sets and fell in love with him today :yeah: I hadn't see him play before, but I'm definitely paying more attention to him now :)

An upset on par with Mardy Fish losing at Roland Garros.

Truer words were never spoken - or written in this case - yet I was swimming against the vTide on this one as more people here were backing the Italian  Normally I'm the one looking for an excuse to bet on the player with long odds so I was kinda surprised because, even knowing nothing about Gulbis beforehand, a quick results comparison was all it took for me to conclude the Latvian was rightfully favoured to win... Now I'm really hoping to get a chance to actually see him play.

He looked good, as savestheday said. I expect him to make some waves in the near future.

Potito :(

Ernests is a good player, and this surface is extremely fast, so good fight anyhow.

The only surprise was that Ernie needed a TB against the Potato. This is the perfect time for him to peak. A run here should give him the confidence for a strong indoor season.
