He and Schukin this year.

davydenko is a good man.. he's also probably earned way too much to have to resort to such measures.. but we never know do we?

Do you remember Kafelnikov? He was famous for his match fixing and he has probably earned more than Davydenko on the tour. If I remember correctly Kafelnikov admitted he was involved into match fixing.

I don't think he admitted it, he just didn't try in certain events, but was already come the Slams.

Best of all was in Prague when the TD wouldn't give him his guarantee, cause he reckon he didn't try.

MVA's matches are HUGELY dubious especially the one vs. gonzalez yesterday. davydenko is a classic example of a big match player. he ONLY shows his true self in the slams and hell.. he goes really far.. it's always QFs for him at least.

Davydenko does well in big tournaments because of the high prize money. But in small tournament he was involved into match fixing more than one time in the past.

Not every bet is going to come off, deal with it. If a player loses, no need to abuse them, they are playing or in some cases fixing for themselves and no one else.

no worries dude. there are ups and downs in betting. i'm a sore loser as well and i get pissed when my player doesn't show up or play to expectations. but after the match there are no hard feelings. this is a nice forum with nice people.. i took George's remarks with a pinch of salt anyways.. :worship:

i've figured that davydenko loves taking his matches to 3 sets in the small tournaments, only to lose marginally in the 3rd set.. i wonder if that's considered a fix? it does become quite irritating when people do set betting.

Posters who call players "sack of shit" don't deserve respect to begin with

As GWH says if one can accept losses in gambling then you shouldn't be involved in it, pretty simple.

Having said that, lets move on.

well then again sometimes things are said at the spur of the moment.. i'm sure danielj doesnt have any ill feelings after the match.. i make a hell lot of noise when my player f***s up during the match but after the match i can't give two hoots.. it's how different people deal with it i guess.

Actually as a player when he wants to play, he is a very good timer of the ball and moves very well and hits strongly off both sides.

great day yesterday with berrer winning so back tonight at washington again, i dont like betting on little clay events very dodgy results. so washington it is and my picks

Karlovic to win 4/6 hopefully his serve will be enough to pull him through in t/b

del potro to win 3/10 a bit short for me so i will put extra cash on it. as ppl know i dont like backing short odds complete waste of time backing the likes of davy and boredo at 1/5 to then go and lose

thats my 2 for tonight. good luck everyone
