They made a mistake in the draw. It's Pascal Benz, semifinalist at the ITF-tournament in Villach this week, not Rudiger Benz. :wavey:

The protennislive scoreboard doesn't seem to be up yet.. I'm relying on the website's live scoring.

Same here, but it's a good scoreboard.

Montcourt takes 2nd set 6-1
Gulbis still a break up.

3-3 not bad now... Montcourt should win, unless he tries to pull a Mathieu (he doesn't have this name without a good reason)

Good morning. Montcourt serving for the match now. I hope Fischer to win (met the guy at StBrieuc), it seems to be first time we are not in the same mood!

Montcourt deserves more respect for the courage he shows on court than for his behaviour. Yet, he is young enough to get later aware of it and change that. Fischer seems not to show emotions, but his smile and kind words to a confused ballboy make him the kind of player I like. Nice backhand too .Well done Montcourt anyway. Too bad Austrian Sandbichler did not have wc for those quallies, he seemed to be quite a competitor when I watched him at StBrieuc on indoor clay. Does anyone know about Reissig ? Never heard of him yet.

Fischer indeed scarcely shows emotions on court. Off court it's a different story ;) But he's a really nice guy.

Sandbichler is playing qualifying at Poland F2, although he would have been in the main draw. He lost in the 1/4-finals at Poland F1, probably he anyways wouldn't have had enough time to get to Pörtschach. And you're right again, he's a real fighter on court.

Reissig is a young Austrian talent, who was in the 1/4-finals of the Austrian Indoor Championships. I got to know him there, he seems to be quite nice, too. He's a member of the so-called Südstadt, where Fischer, Oswald, Sandbichler, Obenaus and Kloimüllner etc. are also exercising under the custody of the ÖTV, the Austrian Tennis Federation. Reissig is in the junior's group with Yannick Weihs, Marcus Fux etc.

Well, I'm grateful for all those news ! Danke sehr ! :) That will be interesting to watch what Reissig can do within a few hours, and a good experience for this young player. Regards. Eric.

De rien! :) Gern geschehen.

Well, Reissig has got potential, for sure. He's a talent (which is a relative term ... he's a talent for Austrian measures!) but up to now nothingh more than that. Playing against Seppi in Pörtschach is definitely a great experience for him but it won't be a close match. It's match he actually cannot win although we know that in tennis a lot is possible. But I'm afraid not that much ;)

BTW: 4:2 Seppi
