No but i dont think it really matters. He couldnt even win while cheating. Glad there is one less mug off the tour.

I dont know when he will be back, and frankly I dont care.

He really didnt win anything or beat anyone special other then Coria in DC in late 2005.

Yep.

Hopefully Ljubicic will follow, he is in the same boat as Beck.

0 Slam titles, 0 Masters titles.

Federer should try it because whenever they dope, go on a suspension for few months, then return to the circuit they tend to play incredible tennis.

Real hostility here.

According to my Bratislava tennis source, Karol is planning on playing Futures later this year when his suspension is up.

From my time on the tour, Karol was one of the nicest of his generation.
No 'roid rage that I can recall, quite the opposite.

I was just as dismayed when he claimed he had been busted for smoking pot.

Karol was as fat as Nalbandian even when doping

I think everyone deserves a second chance, and I wish Karol luck in his comeback later this year.

That Davis Cup final could have been very different if he'd been playing Ancic in the 5th rubber.

Hope he comes back. He was a good grass court player and we need more of them back in the top 100.

Thanks for the news. Karol was (is?) my favorite player, but I was pretty upset with the whole thing. I'm sure I'll fall back in as his main supporter once he makes his return, but I'm still a bit mad at him.

But, yes, Karol was a very, very nice guy. I was thrilled that I got to meet him and see him play. Hopefully he can put this stuff behind him and make his way back to the top. Despite what people here are saying, he was a talented player and was really making his way up when all this happened. He's lost a bit of time now, but he can still make it.

by making it to the top do you mean top 10? realistically top 30 player.

no

They were rumors about it during the DC final...

Just saw it was clenbuterol. That's a steroid to lose weight, I think.

i do not known the final verdict of his doping case, it should be good to know if he took advantage and it was intentional

no, not top 10. but top 20 was possible with the way he was playing. he had reached a high of 36, so I know that he could have gone even higher than that.

hopefully he's been getting some good coaching during his little vacation  and will come back ready to win.
