The Javier 'Javi' Piles Appreciation Thread

I'm starting to get worried. Last week during Rotterdam I didn't see him on the live stream during David's matches and so far he's not been in any of Sjoukje's pictures either. :confused:

Is David travelling with a different coach now? And if so, who is it and why?

I agree with Sue if they had parted ways it would have been reported somewhere especially as David always refers to Javier has his second father.

Isa, check David's website for pictures of Javi. I haven't checked the photolink yet, but I'm sure there must be some of him there. If not you can send them and email and ask them to open a Javi-link.(or his own website maybe?) ;)

There is an article on the main forum about coaching during a match, well basically it says David was warned for coaching during one of his matches & it mentions Javier, so he is there.

Yeah, ESPN2 commentators Carillo and Drysdale mentioned he got a coaching sanction during the match with Oli. :(

And during today's match Javi was talking again and the umpire called to get a Mexican lineperson down on that end.
