Hey Guys! Jan is sooo nice. I met him in cincy, I got like 3 autographs, and I walked around the grouds with him, and he gave me his email adresse! I wrote him and he actually wrote back! I cant figure out how to paste the email and pictures into here. I took a couple pictures with him and sent them to him. HEs like: Thanks for the pictures, they were funny, im in new york and ill play malisse, and he talked about how he did bad in new Haven. Hes like "i got a penatly point because i broke my raquet. Dont do the same, just kidding...Jan" It was soo cute he spelled a lot of words wrong but it was cute. I watched him play safin, and i sat really down low. He said he was really nervous when serving for the first set. He is sooo nice, i got really good pictures of him. If anyone has any other pics post them!!!

hi kristin! i'm alison. it's so cool that you met Jan and got his racquet and stuff! i saw him play in Indianapolis earlier this year, and he's pretty high on my favorites list. i was soooo close to him while he was playing, cause he was on a small court. i think i already posted some of my pics in this thread. in order to post pictures, you click "go advanced" and then go to "manage attachments" and you can add pics from your computer. i hope this works, i really want to see your pics!

cool! i wish there was a way for you to share your pics with us! i only saw him in indy last year... me and my cousin were watching Mardy Fish play on center court and i'm not a big fan, so i left my cousin to watch her mardy and thats when i discovered Jan. quite a discovery, huh? it was nice cause he was on one of the smaller courts so i got to sit front row, and his coach was right near me too. i wish i had a better camera though. how is cincy? i live in Illinois, so i'm pretty much equal distances from Indy and Cincy, but i have to choose one. so i choose Indy cause it's smaller... i figure i can get closer to the players there. plus, all (well, most) of my faves go there.

p.s. amanda is the person who runs this. and a forum would be the same, but he'd have his name up there with Novak and Berdych, and we could make threads in that forum... like a picture thread and so on.

I love Cicny, it actually is a small tournament, because it's not in cincinatti, its in Mason ohio, so you get really close to the players. It's not like New York of anything...The grounds are small, so you dont get tired walking around, and not too many people. I think I might go to the qualies this year, because I dont want to miss jan, he might lose 1st or 2nd round, so yea its fun. Well this guy is coming over to fix my computer, so i might be able to put the pics on here!!Keep your fingers crossed! lol

Yea thats why i like it so much, its the best of both worlds..all the players, and not many people to fight over autographs. I have gotton all the autographs i wanted, like sampras, safin a billion times, gambill, federer all of them. Except agassi, i never wanted his, but....the most important is u know who..JAN! lol

my favorite player is Thomas Enqvist. he's nearing the end of his career :sad: i hope to get his autograph before he retires! that's one of the reasons i go to Indy. Enqvist and Gambill are there. i do have about 5 autographs of Gambill, but i haven't gotten any of them at indy. i only got autographs of Malisse (2), Soderling, and Joachim Johansson in 2004. i didn't get any when i went this year. but i did take LOTS of photos. if you're a fan of Gambill, i have some really close pics of him from when he got done practicing. i'm a fan of ALL the Swedish players, Hernych of course, and i think when Enqvist retires, Paul-Henri Mathieu is going to take over the #1 spot. what other players do you like?

Well, Jan is my #1 guy, then i like Gambill, blake, ljbubicic or however you spell it, berdych is my second, i like gaudio too, and i really like Safin. I like the Swedes too, Enqvist, i got his autograph a couple of years ago. The Czechs are my favorite though, and the Russians. I have too many pics of Gambill, i got this one of him posing for the camera too. But thanks, i still would love to see your pics of him. Do you have any of Joachim too? I really like him. Amer Delic is an American player who went to University of Illinois, he's pretty young, but got a later start, he's about roddick's age, maybe a little older, and turned pro later than roddick.

Simon Aspelin is a Swedish doubles player. he plays with Perry, an Australian. they're a top 5 doubles team i believe. Simon is like a Swedish Gambill. soooo gorgeous!

I think they have a rule saying you can't post Gettyimages. You can though, save them and upload them. How did our Jan do?
