I'll play a single on Waske/Kiefer over Nadal/Lopez @1.70

I reckon Delgado could take Gasquet, Gonzo could beat Karlo, and Blake will beat Hanescu.

I agree with Beck tho ;)

I'm eyeing up Guccione over Andreev but no other lines have been put forward yet. :(

jez, I have never seen Blake play on grass. Can you tell me more.

Otherwise, I reckon Karlovic will beat Gonzalez 6464

Blake is not a natural. Fairly big serve and big ground strokes. He doesn't move that well though. Hanescu is all serve and little movement / anything else. He lost to Flanagan last year which says a lot. I reckon he is not as good as Morrison, anf Blake was comfortable in the end with him. Plus, anyone who nearly loses to a part-time tennis player has to be a little worried! Blake to win something like 7/5 6/3.

Gonzo can return serve but yeah, he is not suited to grass really. Karlovic's bets hope is to win 2 tiebreaks as like today. However Gonzo could quite easily win 7/6 6/4. Karlo's tibreak record up to the grass season was poor, and he lost at least 2 of 4 in Surbiton. After winning 2 today he is due to lose a few next time ;)

For me, no bet

Waske over Nadal at 4.00 is value. Nadal is way too short here.

Waske was very impressive in the recent World Team Cup, and Nadal's game just isn't made for grass. Also, you can't help thinking he may be a little jaded after his recent success.

Any views?

Nice one mate.

Andreev was awful in round 1 against a British amateur!

Waske is a big hitter if I'm correct...he could overpower Rafa who, as you say, has had limited preparation and is probably not 100% physically.

I would never count out a specimen like Nadal.

Apparently Marat plays Santoro as well...as he is 1/7 head to head anfd has spoken time and again of his hate in playing the Frenchie...hit Santoro with all you've got!!

Wang did well yesterday against Llodra

NATAS81
06-08-2005, 05:30 AM
lol, For me it's because I've never seen Wang, but because Llodra to me is more suited for clay it wasn't that surprising.

I can't see anything too big on odds for Wang.

The Gerry Weber site doesn't even have OOP so I'm confused who is going today, though there is MTF tourney section. Sad on official site's part.

Nadal over Waske, Rochus over Lopez

How bout Zimanjic? Another Ancic/Ljubicic on the horizon?

Good night for me last night. Schuttler was a great result.

There is some good value out there today.

I managed to beat the magican Fabrice Santoro once but at the odds tonight he looks great value to knock off Safin.

My doubles partner should also notch a win today. His booming serve is suited on this surface and he should beat Andreev.

Rough chances also to Sanguinetti and Tursunov in their respective matches.

At first you were funny, but now just mildly amusing.

Very soon you're gonna become annoying.

So please... go away

i'm looking for a reason to bet on him as well, but from everything I've read, its not too promising; he hates playing Santoro, he has a bad knee, and he hates playing early...

Santoro is the play of the day

El Burro

I'd play Santoro but my bookie doesn't have him :sobbing:

Anyway, my plays for the day...

1. Ancic x Beck x Golovin x Hantuchova @ 1.87 (should come off)

2. Doubles on Guccione, Zib and Blake...@ lowest of 3.66 (could see 2 winnning)

3. Nadal x Haas x Gasquet x Mirnyi x Roddick x Rusedski x Dent @ 5.42 (Fun bet!!)

Yesterday my fun bet almost came off...only 1 loss. Today, I could see Mirnyi, Rusedski and maybe Haas losing...but all 7 should win really anyway ;)

Good luck everyone! :yeah:
