I've gone with Rafa as well, not as big as my usual stakes he might be a little tired after last week, plus he might need time to adjust back to the clay.

Agree with most, wouldn't go with Niemenen though, Volandri is top class on the dirt in my opinion

Go with Ferrero because Nadal has every reason to pull out and JCF is a clay specialist.

I really don't think that Voli played any worse in second. I think that Younes simply raised his level and match became tight.

costa and gonzalez seem to be locks.... watching rafa play against fed it looked like he just ran out of steam and this many days off may not be enough as jcf should be trying to run him around all day long, I like jcf in this one.

Sanchez seems to be in terrible form but should be able to put it together on this surface over rochus.

volandri should win as should zib

but I dont know how many of those I will be playing yet.

whats up Lawrence .....to answer the question yes Nadal is a terrific clay courter ...winning 2 clay tornaments this year ... in this form he is a contender for the French Open Title ... i would say at this time he is the best clay courter out there with Gaudio and Coria ...
