Venus looked damn tough against serena, serving big, good power off the wings but can be erratic off that forehand side so I think sharapova should be able to take it to her as well. Wouldnt want to bank a whole lot on it tho.

injury status? I dont know how serious it was, there might be a little there but more than anything at that time it looked like a ploy to halt justines momentum.
