Injury problems? Of what kind? Anyway, good win by Volandri. SOMEONE has to uphold the Italian pride.. or however it goes.. whatever. Anyway.

Oh okay. Must have been a challenger. I don't recall any South African tournaments being on the main calendar. *Checks.*

Igor is in a vicious cycle because he needs matches to come back to form and he is not in form so he loses early and therefore does not play enough. He will find his way eventually.

He played pretty well against Grosjean in the DC, so I am surprised that he lost this one.

Give Igor some time. He's been away for a while, and now he needs to find the rhythm and gain his confidence back.

Sorry about that.

His loss to Grosjean on Sunday didn't help the confidence and he probably didn't get enough training time in Valencia on Monday.

Oops. I initially mistook what the guy said in his post as 'South African' rather than 'South American'. So I was like.. 'Wtf? South Africa?' Silly me.
