Yeah sadly that's Justin all over - always teases us in the first and second rounds - usually the early pace setter and then boom he falls when he partners a quality player like Woods or Mickelson  :haha: I was sort of a fan of him when he turned professional, but after a few years i think i was put off by his lack of success  I think i can start jumping on the bandwagon again :rolls:   He will easily get Sports Personality of the Year if he wins it :p :haha: What the hell is Jamie Redknapp doing there! omg who is this Stadler guy? adee-gee 04-05-2007, 10:02 PM By the way is anyone joining me on the Justin Rose bandwagon? :p  He'll bottle it as per usual ;) No way will a Brit win it unfortunately, and I doubt it'll be a European either. If there's going to be a Brit I reckon Justin could be the one but I can't seriously see anyone stopping Woods. Luke Donald has started too shit as wel. Maybe David Howell still has a chance though? Stadler such a legend, incredible he is such good form at his age. MissPovaFan 04-05-2007, 10:19 PM I think Cabrera is the most unstable player in the tour, he has chances at any tournament any day. Yep I agree Cabrera is very dangerous although his mind has gone walkabout here as he finished at +5 so I doubt he can come back from there. ufokart 04-05-2007, 10:20 PM These argie headcases  :p  adee-gee 04-05-2007, 10:22 PM Tiger gets to under par  ExcaliburII 04-05-2007, 10:23 PM Hell come back :D MissPovaFan 04-05-2007, 10:25 PM Legends in the field that should retire to the Seniors.... Tomorrow should be interesting! :bounce: adee-gee 04-08-2007, 11:07 AM Didn't see too much of it yesterday, unbelievable scoring though  Appleby will bottle it being in the final group with Tiger. I don't think it's a foregone conclusion that Tiger will win it by any stretch of the imagination. Even someone like Mickleson, if he shoots a 70 to get to +4 it could be good enough. Looks set to be an amazing final day :rocker2: bad gambler 04-08-2007, 11:13 AM Hopefully Appelby doesn't win, guy is a prick Bilbo 04-08-2007, 11:14 AM this woods is good adee-gee 04-08-2007, 11:14 AM Hopefully Appelby doesn't win, guy is a prick :spit: He's about as exciting a personality as Federer :o bad gambler 04-08-2007, 11:17 AM this woods is good No shit sherlock ;) bad gambler 04-08-2007, 11:19 AM :spit: He's about as exciting a personality as Federer :o I was watching his presser and the journalists basically took the focus away from the fact that he was leading. Instead they continued to drill him about how it feels playing with Woods in the final round, whether he is going to feel any pressure etc Appelby was clearly pissed off at them but had to keep answering the questions  adee-gee 04-08-2007, 11:25 AM I was watching his presser and the journalists basically took the focus away from the fact that he was leading. Zach  SloKid 04-08-2007, 09:44 PM Game over I think. Unless he totally screws up now, I don't see Tiger catching him adee-gee 04-08-2007, 09:45 PM If Johnson pars the last 2 holes it's over. Does he really think the Lord Jesus was watching golf today - of all days? I have contempt for these Christians that think their god favours them over everybody else. aussie_fan 04-09-2007, 03:56 AM Well Done Zach. Really expected him to choke towards the end but the way he held his nerve was incredible, have to give him credit. The way he played the back nine won him the tournament. Tiger was off his game and seemed grump all day, he absolutely cracked it on 17. Justin Rose choked when he knew he had a chance. Appleby had a disappointing day, too many doubles and that triple has cost him this week, he played a real solid round, wasn't for hole 1 and that laz tee shot into the water at 12 he could of won. Have to wait another year for an Australian to win. jazar 04-09-2007, 09:21 AM epic stuff bad gambler 04-09-2007, 12:18 PM When Johnson thanked the Lord Jesus for his win I wanted a bolt of lightning to strike him.
