Well, that's completely dependent on the gentlemen's own performances, no? You can't blame Raf taking his chance when all of them have demolished each other beforehand... ;) :p

Of course. I'm glad you know that he only has a chance when the good players have left the tournament. ;)

Good players = players that can beat Rafa

Ergo, any tournament Rafa wins is automatically without good players. Do I have the right of it? I LOVE your dedication Glenn. It inspires.

Well, where the heck is he? The last one worked so well.....

I work exactly the opposite. I'm like a jinx on Rafa. Everytime (literally happened to me 3 times) I go to a tournament, Rafa loses the day before I get there. I'm going to the US Open this year...

no. :p

I was thinking of buying one of those Roger>Rafa t-shirts and then going to Wimbledon....but I don't think I can fool karma. Drat it all.

Don't do it! The weather in Paris can be really crappy at that time of year. :D

No way am I going to be single-handedly responsible for breaking the streak. I'd be given a lifetime ban from the Nadal section of the board. Mallorn would personally come hunt me down from Poland.

:awww: Don't worry, the 4th times always the charm.

For instance, i started the cheering threads for Beijing, Stockholm, and Paris last year, and ummm.........:tape:

But then i started IW and then?

Oh crap I thought Youhzny was in the other half of the draw.

Still, the other times he beat Rara, Rafa wasn't firing on all cylinders. I think... :p

Sorry- these types of jinxes only work when Rogiman does them :pSurface is too slow for Misha to pull that one off this time :p

Sadly, I'm being serious

And yes, if Nadal plays like he did in the later stages of IW it would take something special to take him out.

im so tired of all this RAFA roasting...im not sure why we have a thread like this every tournament. Its very childish. I think its better to focus on your favorite player and discuss their situation in the draw instead of continue to talk about another player's potential losses....yawn

Hi there newbie! :wavey:

Don't take it all so seriously - this, and many other threads over here, is just a bit of good-natured mockery. Just check out some of the posters over here, you might be surprised that some of them are in fact FANS of Rafa!

Welcome, BTW.

Yeah I love the banter in this place. Although some people are obvious simpletons. :p

I really should gloat more. When in Rome...
