2-1 to Davydenko so far winning when it really mattered last year at IW and the US.
Murray beat him earlier this year in Doha though.

Davydenko vs Murray - 4RMarcM 03-14-2007, 10:44 AM 2-1 to Davydenko so far winning when it really mattered last year at IW and the US. Murray beat him earlier this year in Doha though. Kolya 03-14-2007, 10:49 AM Go Kolya! Indeed Murray beat Kolya in Doha, but Kolya was injured though. Should be a good match, Murray is very dangerous and in good form. Jogy 03-14-2007, 11:07 AM I hope Murray slams Davydenko away HARD! can not stand Davy and his brother :o Sean.J.S. 03-14-2007, 11:14 AM I can't stand Murray or his brother. Especially their boring voices. Davydenko 2-6 7-6(7) 6-0. oz_boz 03-14-2007, 11:17 AM Tennis is the winner! :D bad gambler 03-14-2007, 11:17 AM Muzza to hand him a new one Jaap 03-14-2007, 11:54 AM Assuming Eduardo Davydenko hasn't had a bet on Murray, then Nikolay should win this one. Kolya 03-14-2007, 12:34 PM Assuming Eduardo Davydenko hasn't had a bet on Murray, then Nikolay should win this one. In your signature, why is Kolya a "match fixer"? Just want to know... WatchOut 03-14-2007, 12:51 PM Murray 64 36 64 Fergie 03-14-2007, 12:54 PM Andy in 3 Dancing Hero 03-14-2007, 01:00 PM Hard to predict, Davydenko in 3 my0118 03-14-2007, 01:22 PM I have feeling sorry for Davydenko whether he wins or not, he is probably not much getting people's attention than the other players. maqk 03-14-2007, 01:26 PM Davy in 3 maqk 03-14-2007, 01:28 PM I have feeling sorry for Davydenko whether he wins or not, he is probably not much getting people's attention than the other players.agreed GlennMirnyi 03-14-2007, 01:42 PM At least Davydenko can hit a forehand. Davydenko in 3. Loremaster 03-14-2007, 01:46 PM Davydenko is very hard player for Andy, Andy won in Doha but Davy was clearly injured , now it would be different story I say Nikolay in 3 canbera 03-14-2007, 02:04 PM probably Davydenko in 3 ginnylegend 03-14-2007, 02:04 PM PMK in two sets. Shrinking Violet 03-14-2007, 02:18 PM It's not a good match-up for Andy - he has real problems with those sort of players. I'll go for Davydenko in three, but hopefully Andy will have a bit of confidence from when he beat him at the start of the year. (Yes, I know Davydenko was apparently really badly injured and that's the only reason Andy won - but that is the stock excuse for when Murray beats anybody higher ranked than him along with 'well *insert player* tanked, so it doesn't really count') Macbrother 03-14-2007, 02:23 PM If Davydenko is playing up to his form -- he can certainly defeat Murray. Unfortunately in this tournament I don't think that he really is -- so Murray in three, with more than a share of breaks. MaryWalsh 03-14-2007, 02:30 PM Murray in 2. Even though I like Kolya and think he is a great player. danton 03-14-2007, 03:38 PM I watched the Doha match and although Davy had on court treatment it didn't seem to affect his performance. No he didn't play as well as he did at the US open but then Andy wasn't playing that well those two days which allowed him to play well. Bottom line is it depends on which players turn up on the day as it is too close to call. jazar 03-14-2007, 03:40 PM andy's win in doha was cos kolya was injured. i think 3 sets to davy Merton 03-14-2007, 03:41 PM This is a very interesting match, I will say Murray in 3 in what will be an important result for him. Xristos 03-14-2007, 04:06 PM I cringe at the sight of this match... 5,000 BABY! A_Skywalker 03-14-2007, 04:19 PM I dont know who is going to win, but go Kolya ChinoRios4Ever 03-14-2007, 05:06 PM Muzza in 3 Duncan 03-14-2007, 05:54 PM Too close to call. I really hope Andy can pull it out the bag though! Adler 03-14-2007, 07:06 PM Kolya was injured, but Andy was ill, so that's not an argument for me. Besides, both were able to run that day Kolya in... 3 Burrow 03-14-2007, 07:42 PM I have feeling sorry for Davydenko whether he wins or not, he is probably not much getting people's attention than the other players. I think that is unfair! Davydenko is a very good player, who will bei nt he top 10 for more years to come, perhaps winning some big titles, he is a very nice guy who doesn't big himself up. sondraj06 03-14-2007, 08:14 PM Yeah I don't understand why people hate him so much. If nothing else he is a good player, so I think he deserves peoples respect. He does his job well, and this is about tennis, no. But I think Davy in 3 | |
