It is good that his parents are there. By the way, is there any wonder now how Nadal got a tough draw?

Sondraj, the poor version of R=FK is pushing that beat. I hope the Berdman livens the blog up a bit, but we'll see.

It was just the first entry, if he survives the 2nd round things will get more interesting.

Well I love that I'm referenced in threads I have no posts in, I feel special.

And I will "only push that beat" when rafa losses. Then I'll start my bitch/cry fest.

I thought Uncle Toni usually fixed Rafa's draws? Man he's lost his touch lately if Berdych can outwit him.

That sounds like he dictated it to me - I can almost hear him saying those words, it follows his sort of speech patterns from his interviews.

Six  it's either his favourite word or the ATP has a really unimaginative translator

Baghdatis loves the word "amazing".
Tursunov loves "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Federer loves "you know".
Ferrero is under pression.

Berdych has his catchphrase.

So, I have a question. What precisely does being from a small town have to do with riding a camel? Was he insinuating that had his parents been from a larger Czech city, camel riding would have been a common occurence?

When he said 'riding on the big camel' I thought it was a Czech idiom that meant something like 'riding the pine pony.'

Then I saw the photo.. duh.

Well, I guess the likelihood that a randomly chosen person from Prostejov has ridden a camel is less than the likelihood that a randomly chosen person from Prague has ridden a camel.

So now we know that Tomas looks a LOT like his mother, which explains why his face often comes off as ladylike. :D

he has his dad's body and his mother's face

Got up. Really tough.

Played 2 matches - lost the singles, won the doubles. Really tough.

Insulted an entire nation. Not so tough.

Checked my schedule. Really tough.

Went to bed. Tough day.

Nice to know international cell call rates are deemed high enough even for rich tennis stars to lean on Skype.

No mention of futbol and bulls? ;) It would have added extra spice.

players are not obligated to do the blog. while the blog itself may not be incredibly entertaining, at least he tried. Im sure there are players out there who refused to do it when asked.
