Good to see Mathieu back after not too long.

Same opponent and same result, although Verdasco earned this one.

Congrats Verdasco. This time he didn't need his opponent to get injured to get through.

Btw, anyone who saw the match?

Great to see Mathieu back - I thought he would have been out longer.

He should've won that match though, he had more than enough chances :(

Perhaps Dasco will put a stop to this terrible form he has been in. Let's go backwards in time to see when his last impressive win was...

Today against Mathieu--(First match back from bad ouchy)

v. Bohli--(Federer's chauffer?)
v. Mathieu--(above mentioned ouchy)
v. Grosjean--(is 531 years old)
v. Bracciali--(is Italian)
v. Santoro--(is 845 years old)
v. Tiago Alves--(who now?)
v. Benneteau--(worse form than Verdasco)
v. Rajeev Ram--(worse than Andy Ram, who doesn't play singles)
v. Kevin Kim--(nah)
v. Uros Vico--(is also Italian)
v. Gonzalez--(that's Santiago Gonzalez)
v. Waske--(no)
v. Mirnyi--(not on clay)
v. N. Lapentti--(getting warmer)
v. Norman--(is 784 years old)
v. Bracciali--(still Italian)
v. Spadea--(can't rap or play on grass)
v. B. Becker--(noo)
v. Nalbandian

I think we have one. Straight sets at Wimbledon against former finalist.

Please play better in the future, Mr. Verdasco. You have the ability. I think.

What has "Italian" got to do with it?

great for Fernando but I'm also happy to see Paulo back. I was at their match at the Aus Open this year and felt really bad for Paulo. I'm glad he's able to play again
