Monaco is 22 and he beat a 29 or 30 year old Italian. No need to knock the young guy who beat some quality players on route to the final. Not his fault that his opponent was not up to par.

Very good Monaco. I think maybe the coaching changing for very good for him and he finally has someone who can taught him alot, look at his improvement from last year to this year already, taking dominanent title this tournament and good year early, impressive.

Di Mauro is surely not great, but props to a guy who has to work hard for every single point and with limited ability to go on and reach this final. I see that it seems funny, when really Di Mauro is probably the one laughing considering how much he gets for reaching the final and also now in the top 70 of the world... and as I said he doesnt have the greatest tennis ability.

Congrats for the title, once Monaco emerged from his quadrant he was the favourite to win the title and it is good that he executed well on the occasion.
