Napolean Dynamite To Get Destroyed

I think it is great that Muarry seems to be the "next" guy to trouble Fed. First it was Nadal and since Wimbledon has done poorly and been owned by Fed. Next came Roddick with his new game and coach. We saw how that went. Wait what about Djokovic. (Destroyed). Then Gonzo was gonna take Fed down. Not happening. Now all the media and fans hypeing up Andy Muarry, making a big deal about the Cincinatti win as they did when Roddick won at Kooyong. Fed has shown he doesn't appreciate all this discussion as to whose going to knock him off. I think he definately follows the media and makes it a point to prove them wrong. He is going to destroy Muarry the next time they meet. Down with Napolean Dynamite. The next false hope.

I and most Fed fans probably see Nadal as the number one threat. I was referring to the media and who they hype up. A number of MTF members have predicted that Muarry will beat Fed at Wimbledon.

Fed winning the last two matches and an exhibition combined with Nadal injured and winning less has led to people seeing him as less of a threat BTW I think.

Hum let's play a game...

Roger Federer is unbeatable UNTIL......You finish the sentence.

Well, let's hope for the sake of the entertainment of tennis and my sanity this is not so

It's way too soon for this sort of nonsense about Murray being the threat to Federer. Jeez.

Can we at least wait and see if we get a couple of slam QFs and SFs before we hype him to hell?

I think the kid is good - very good - but there's an awful long way to go before he's even close to "threat to Federer" territory.

One swallow does not make a summer and a couple of good wins does not make a serious consistent threat. Yet. Give him some time. At least 18 more months.

I have not seen one murray fan predict that he will be taking out fed at wimbledon this year - Personally I believe he is 2 years from his best tennis and we will see his best stuff at around 22

Who said Gonzo was going to take Fed down? I doubt Gonzo will ever beat him again.

Sure, Fed will beat Murray many times in the future, but Murray's game is less of a nice match for him than someone like Roddick.

Dont forget about Gasquet and Anic in wimbledon.

The Nadal hype was real, but all the talk about Nadal beeing favorite in AO and taking nr 1 from Federer was ofcourse not to be taken serious. Nadal is almost impossible to beat on clay and can be kind of dangerous on hard court to Federer.

Murray has tools to bother Roger, he has variety hear mental toughness he just needs to serve good and he can make it close for sure.

First off most of you can go back and read all the posts about Djokovic,Gonzo, and Roddick. My point is that when the media hypes a player up Fed usually goes out of his way to give him a beat down.

After reading this article it seemed that Muarry was going to the next victim.
