my question is what do you prefer hot players as gaudio, safin, gonzalez and mc enroe or players as davydenko, federer, hrbaty?
magic and broker of raquects or a player who play and don't say anything or show angry?

Out of that list, Gaudio, Gonzalez and Federer. Yes, I guess it is about the tennis at the end of the day.

I like some players who are hot heads and others that keep their emotions under control. So, it's more about the tennis for me.

i am wiyh you but some people say that like only hot heads players because "they are more real, more human you see them and you see that they have feelings"...
other people say that they like cold head players because a good tennis players don' t show their feelings

A bit of both really.

The players that show emotions gets you pumped up.

There is no pattern that I can see, I like players from both types and I also don't like players from both types.

I like and dislike players of both "kind".

I like the hot characters better. It´s not that "they are more human, show their feelings etc", it´s just that it´s more ínteresting to watch a match where there´s always a chance of explosion! All credit to Davydenko, but I´d rather watch Safin play anytime!

I like a mix of all players. I like spanish bumpickers who constantly yell VAMOS, I like calm and collected players like Federer, and those who are controversial like Chela. Saying that I hate australian bumpickers who constantly yell C'MON, I'm not a fan of calm and collected players like Ljubicic, and I'm not a fan of players who lose their temper such as Tommy Haas.

Even though I like players of both kinds, I definitely prefer those similar to the race of Githzerai (http://www.planewalker.com/encyclopedia/encyclopedia.php?intEntryID=116)

"Githzerai show little emotion - neither laughter nor rage cracks their stoic facades. Within, though, they are creatures of great passion."

Federer is, quite obviously, a rather good example of this (not perfect though...)

i do mind players' character, but it's not a simple case of hot or cold. like in real life people can be interesting either way.

comletely depends on the player, i hate cocky arrogant players who prance around like a ballerina like Nadal.

Tsk, tsk, tsk... That Nadal character is scum. Not only he has beaten Federer so many times, now he takes the 'cocky arrogant ballerina' title from him too.

So, *both* of them are ballerina's now! How nice...

They could perform together in Tchaikovsky's Swine ... sorry Swan Lake. Roger would be Prince Siegfried and Rafa the beautiful princess Odette turned into a swine... I mean swan  by the evil sorcerer (played by Mirka or Uncle Toni). Only Roger's true love can break the evil spell and restore Rafa into human form again. However in the process the prince is tricked to cheat on Odette with Odile (played by Marat, Andy R, etc...). The end is tragic for both lovers of course, however in the ATP version the curtain falls after they all merrily dance a can-can.

:yeah:

Borg was like that too, he didn't show anything though he was on the verge of breaking down countless times.

BTW Open Era GOATs are all in the "cold" - Githzerai - category. Borg, Laver (don't know so much about him though), Sampras & Federer are a notch above Connors, McEnroe and Agassi in terms of achievements - I'd probably put Lendl above those too, maybe only because I have "cold" bias ;).
