Woke up with an attractive brunette in my bed. Must have been a really slow night... Decided to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant (I'll go to IHOP tomorrow, I suppose). Ginepri was there trying to get a phone number from the waitress. Worse than watching Roddick slide on clay. I decided to show him how the pros do it by dropping my wallet on the floor and bending over to pick it up. By the time I stood up her name, phone number, address, directions and spare key to her apartment were on the table in front of me. It's good to be me. I'm not calling her, I don't do waitresses anymore because they smell like food and it disrupts my sexy thoughts...

It was tough to keep my eyes open in the car in the early hours of the morning, so I was texting a couple of friends the whole time, listening to my iPod and talking to the driver. You feel a little obligated to keep him company at that hour of the morning, because it was a big effort for him to get up so early. And he also had to drive back! So I gave him a little information on the Tommy Haas life.

Woke up this morning with an attractive redhead in my bed (Wait, redhead? Did I lose a bet?). Conducted a little bit of business together, then rolled over and caught 45 more minutes of sleep as the door was closing behind her. I'm beginning to get bored with this, it's not even a challenge. Is there a woman out there who doesn't want to sleep with me? (I mean, an attractive woman, under 30. I have standards to uphold).

Why am I here again? Oh, right tennis. Since I didn't have a match today I decided to practice really hard instead. And it was really hard. I was trying to stay focused on my workout, while remembering to abuse my coach at the same time (he needs practice listening to my insults, so what better time than during practice?), and yet, there were so many women there watching, I had to also have sexy thoughts. There was a moment when I almost shouted at the women and said something sexy to my coach. Sometimes, its hard to be Tommy Haas.

I needed a massage after that tough mental and physical workout, but after that I went out to dinner at a really nice restaurant. Thankfully, no other players were there, and I was the sexiest man in the room. It's good to be Tommy Haas.

That might be my last one. I am running out of ideas, and now that Tommy is actually blogging (and ripping me off, obviously ;) ), it's getting harder to make stuff up. bleh...

I knew I was going to see Andy Roddick across the other side of the net in the final today, but I didn't realize we'd run into each other so early in the day. When I got to the Blue Plate Cafe for breakfast there was a wait of about 20-25 minutes and Andy was already two places ahead of me in the line.
