Canas is climbing the rankings again, and JCF just needs plain confidence.
Who will win? Canas or Ferrero?gusman890 02-18-2007, 12:17 AM Canas is climbing the rankings again, and JCF just needs plain confidence. Bad Religion 02-18-2007, 12:20 AM Save this sport Ferrero I say JCF in two sets . selyoink 02-18-2007, 12:20 AM I like both but I like JCF a lot more so I think he will win. gusman890 02-18-2007, 12:22 AM Im voting for Canas becauase he has had alot of confidence since his comeback has started and hasnt lost a set all week, so he is fresher then JCF, but it should be very interesting indeed. ChinoRios4Ever 02-18-2007, 12:29 AM i hope Mosquito wins, but Cañas will win in 3 close sets ASP0315 02-18-2007, 01:09 AM i voted Canas but i'll happy if either one of them wins. :) |-Safin_Coria-| 02-18-2007, 01:33 AM vamos Ferrero! pleease! Ferrero's done fantastic this week!!! donna karen 02-18-2007, 08:12 AM vamos jc! jazar 02-18-2007, 08:14 AM its the final, so its gotta be canas Clashcityrocker 02-18-2007, 08:22 AM cañas in 2 easy sets Joyce_23 02-18-2007, 09:28 AM I hope Ferrero will win but I think Canas will win it. He's been playing good all week and before this week and it's a final. Juan Carlos was never known for playing brilliant finals, not even when he was still brilliant himself. victor_gospo 02-18-2007, 12:39 PM Canas will win, he's relentless and does not give up Ferrero has always been poor at winning finals. Very few titles for a guy who was once ranked number 1 maria87 02-18-2007, 01:16 PM new clay court king Canas 6-4 6-4. :yeah: maria87 02-18-2007, 01:23 PM Canas will win, he's relentless and does not give up Ferrero has always been poor at winning finals. Very few titles for a guy who was once ranked number 1 agree on your point also :yeah: WHAT THE PLAYERS SAID Canas: "I'm very happy for reaching my first ATP final since my suspension. I played two good friends today and it was really hard matches because of the heat and also because they know my game. "The final against Ferrero will be very tough as he is a specialist on clay courts. I've got a lot of confidence going into tomorrow's final, but anything can happen. Until the end of my career I will never give up in any points." Raquel 02-18-2007, 01:33 PM I would LOVE Juan Carlos to win. This may not be a Masters Series event or a stacked draw but just to see him winning matches and in a final is great. It is going to be very tough today though. I always had a lot of admiration for Canas because he is just a bull out there. So much resilience and tough mentally. JC cannot afford to spray a lot of unforced errors today. If he can stay in long rallies without breaking down he has a good chance but if he is sloppy Canas will happily trade all day. Vamos JC though! Would love him to win :) As for Canas I was quite critical about him at the time he was banned - mainly because I'd been watching this guy and always found myself wanting him to win when it was a neutral match and he wasn't playing one of my favourites, purely because I loved his toughness and determination. When he got banned it was a bit of a let down. Having read the ruling on his case, it's good to see him back, and I'm sure I'll find myself in his corner again during the clay season (as long as he's not playing one of my favourites ;)) Fergie 02-18-2007, 01:35 PM Cañas in 2 Jimnik 02-18-2007, 01:39 PM :wavey: Everybody watch the final on betfair.com (http://livevideo.betfair.com/) at 18:00 GMT. gusman890 02-18-2007, 01:56 PM :wavey: Everybody watch the final on betfair.com (http://livevideo.betfair.com/) at 18:00 GMT. does that cost money to sign up with? BORO77 02-18-2007, 01:57 PM I hope Canas will win:worship: He is my favorite player after Mario Willy could do very well at RG. I wouldnt be surprised if he finishes the season in the top10 Jimnik 02-18-2007, 01:57 PM does that cost money to sign up with? Nope, it's free to register but you have to live outside the US. superhoops 02-18-2007, 02:26 PM Ferrero. | |
