One more thing Leo, Dean is not overprotective, stalker boyfriend. What he do is out of jealous. He knows in his heart that he will lose Rory and he loves her very much.

You will understand this when you are in Dean's shoes.

Monica lost 7-5, 6-4 :( Venus really came alive at the end of the first set and I guess she played like the #2 player in the world.

She plays Kimmy in the semis on Sunday.

I've been listening to this song the whole day.
Hallow Man, from Kula Shaker...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I can only speak the words as quickly as they're coming now believe me
Looking down upon the bed suspended by the silver thread I'm dreaming
From the feeling I had to be sure
When you know that you've felt this before
It's a long road, long journey home
Trying to see poetry within the shifting imagery of meaning
Well if you're feeling hollow man just throw the stone and shatter your reflection...with questions
Well if you're trying as hard as you can
To see where you fit in this plan
It's a long road, long lonely road
It takes time to find the place you love
Well if you've got to be sure in that feeling you've got to take time
It takes time to find the place you love
It's a long road...long journey home
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This song feels like a poetry. I've tried very hard, just don't know where I fit in the plan. Ya, just feeling a little blue.

Okay, *slap myself out of it*. I come bearing some news from my China pal. She sent me a email with this news that she got from the Chinese media:

She said the media is focusing on Hewitt and Safin (well, what's new.) And Juanqui, Moya and Hewitt had arrived in Shanghai yesterday. And next monday, they will have a short ceremony, they will go to the Bund (hmmm, no idea what place is it), one of the most famous place in Shanghai. And she heard that they will be dressed in Tang costume (:D, in Chinese costume :D ) She thought they will look quite funny, and I think so too. Can't wait to see that. Well, that's all, not much news, eh!

She also sent me this pic, JC arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

Wow, I swear this is the most usefull thing I ever did with all that German in my head :D

1. Place Marat Safin

And the winner is.... yes Marat Safin. It doesn't really surprise anyone, the russian looks stunning and has a body which makes teenies droole. And not only them. Even Madonna, the queen of pop, likes him. In a top ten of men she would like to be the father of her next child, Marat also has a place. Wow! propably because the modell-atlethe from Moscow is a real rebel, a Tennis-James Dean from the new century. Someone who catches attention in the scene: he trades in coaches like he does with his underwear. He bashes rackets like Aerosmith singer Steven tyler does with guitars. And he often appears with hands full of blondes at parties. Very sexy.

The tennis world is abuzz with talk of a Pat Rafter return, writes Richard Hinds.

The big news is that Wally Masur has been hitting some balls with Pat Rafter. But don't start booking your flights for Wimbledon just yet. Those balls have been of the small and white variety rather than the fluffy yellow ones, and Masur claims to know as little as anyone about the biggest question in Australian sport: Will Our Pat give it one more try?

"I've seen Pat in Sydney and we've played a bit of golf," Masur says. "I'm tempted from a selfish point of view [as Davis Cup coach] to say, 'What do you think? What are you going to do?' But everyone he sees on the street has been asking those questions. The closer you are to him the more you tend to leave him alone."

Speculation about a possible comeback has dogged Rafter since the day he announced his imminent "break from the game" in January last year. Because of the equivocal nature of his statements, everyone wanted to know if this was merely a chance to rest his aching body or a full farewell.

Now, a year after he hit his last ball in anger, it has become a hot topic again after Rafter said recently he was close to making a final decision about a comeback. While Rafter seemed still to be wrestling with the major issues - whether his fragile arm could withstand the work needed and how he could combine fatherhood with the rigours of the professional circuit - the fact he was again speaking of playing seemed telling.

After he lost the 2001 Wimbledon final to Goran Ivanisevic, Australian Paul Kilderry said he doubted his mate would be back because "once he puts his racquet down and finds out what everyone else has been doing, he won't want to pick it up again".

Now Rafter is playing again, although his brother and business manager Steve warns against getting too excited. "You can read that [Pat hitting balls] a couple of ways," he says. "Maybe he's having a bit of a hit and a giggle because you don't get that much exercise hitting golf balls. Or maybe there is more to it."

The Rafter family are uncertain which way Pat will jump. "We get more insight into what he is doing reading the papers than from speaking to Pat," says Steve. "Obviously we want to know, but we also know not to ask him because whatever he does will be up to him."

But given he has had his aching arm tested by surgeons and picked up a racquet, Rafter at least seems to be putting a toe back in the water. "I don't think he's hitting a hell of a lot," says Masur. "But, put it this way, he's still got some racquets in his cupboard."

Masur believes the only person likely to have an impact on Rafter's decision will be coach Tony Roche. And, so far, he is not letting on.

Roche's friend John Newcombe echoes the populist sentiment that Rafter should return to settle "unfinished business". But as much as he would like to win Wimbledon or the Davis Cup, the real test will be whether Rafter is willing to commit to the hard work and, perhaps, endure the constant pain that drove him into retirement.

"I think if he does come back it will take a lot of work," says Brad Gilbert, who helped oversee Andre Agassi's return from oblivion in 1997. "The main thing is it takes a bit of time. If his body has healed, the guy is still a young guy. But you have to fully commit, and that might mean taking your lumps along the way."

Agassi's ranking had slumped to triple digits and he was forced to play Challenger events to revive his career. However, Gilbert says his return was very different to a potential Rafter comeback.

"He did play, he just didn't play the slams that year [1997] and he wasn't motivated," he says. "It wasn't like he was injured, he was just dealing with other things in his life at that time, and when he got motivated again he was ready to go."

The similarity, as Gilbert sees it, is that Rafter would have to be prepared for some low times. "There are guys you used to beat and now, at the start, they can squeeze by you," says Gilbert, who made a successful return after an eight-month lay-off due to ankle surgery in 1988. "You have to be prepared to take that and keep going."

The key to a successful Rafter comeback is how well his body has healed. Because the arm injury that forced Rafter to miss his scheduled farewell match in the reverse singles of the 2001 Davis Cup final has only recently been diagnosed, the treatment is vague. He would therefore be gambling that time has helped heal the wound.

"He seems good now," says Masur. "But the obvious risk is the arm, or something else, will break down."

The good news for Rafter if he does decide to play is that not a great deal has changed in the time he has been away. "When Pat stopped Lleyton was on top and Andre was close," says Gilbert. "Now Lleyton is on top and Andre is close. The picture is the same."

While Agassi's back-court game demanded constant tournament play, Masur believes Rafter could be successful playing fewer tournaments to cater to his new family life, provided he does the work off the court.

"The serve-volley game he plays is much tougher, far more athletic," Masur says. "What you actually see on court is only the tip of the pyramid. He has to get into incredible shape to play. But I still think Pat, with a limited schedule, can be very dangerous ... He's still got a lot to offer to the game."

come on back, Pat! :bounce:

Well, some more news from my pal, not much and pretty tedious, wasn't sure if anyone's interested but what the hell. Juanqui and Costa travelled together to China, they arrived the first. But the airline lost Juanqui's lugguage so he wasn't very pleased. He looked very tired at the airport but he was more alive later in the practice court, showing off a little soccer skill.

6 arrived the same day (except Safin and Novak). And Hewitt and Agassi were following a bunch of sponsor schedules. The rest just arrived early to get use to the court. Agassi got special treatment and is staying in the president suite at the hotel, the room once occupied by Bush before....

Well, that's it. My friend has exam next week so I'm not sure if she can give me more news. But I'll post whatever she sent me.

And oh, the TV schedule were announced on the ESPN broadcast when they were showing the WTA championship. And RF and becca, since TSN is only showing one match compared to 2 matches ESPN is showing everyday, we just have to pray that that one match they choose would be the Juanqui/Rogi match on tuesday.

Hi, Vera, Hi, Hackie!:wavey:

Swiss tv has announced that they'll be showing all of Roger's matches...

Then there's Eurosport...

Hackie, workin' hard, are you? I feel like such a woman of leisure just hangin' around here, i didn't even go out for shopping, hubby did that.
But i did some ironing, laundry, and cooked our dinner, so that's still working a bit... ;)

I'll see u later, have to keep hubby company, and there's tennis at 10 pm. Dokic & Serena?

Vera, that sucks, when you lose luggage like that, it'll probably be retrieved, but still that's a hassle...I once lost my luggage in Zurich when i flew in from the States once, but they sent it by train to Bern.

Hello everyone! :wavey:

I'm late to the party again. :o But I had a lovely day. I met up with a friend in a coffeshop and we set outside, because she has a dog. I spent over 3 hours out in the fresh air, even though it was pretty cold. It smells like winter in Ljubljana. I walked into town because I felt I could use some exercise and it really felt good to stretch my legs. I used to walk a lot more before I got bogged down with work, or rather before I discovered this site. ;)

Afterwards, my mom and my auntie came into town and we went for a pizza, which I hadn't had in ages. It was really yummy. :lick:

Back home I did some work, then I watched the QF match between Monica and Venus, so I didn't want to log on here in case I found out the results. ;) Anyway, it was a fantastic match and I enjoyed it very much (apart from the result of course). Monica was on fire, she really played great. Venus was vulnerable, but in the crucial moments, she went up a gear. She was also incredibly lucky with the let cords. :fiery: They all went her way, and at critical moments too. So unfair. Usually these things even out but they didn't today. :(

Still, I think Kimmy has a good chance to beat her tomorrow. I can't wait to see that match. Today's matches don't interest me in the slightest.

Hi, everyone,

Just crusing Nerdville again and I saw this. VERY disturbing. All I have to say is, thank God I'm already out of high school :

No Child Unrecruited
Should the military be given the names of every high school student in America?

By David Goodman
November/December 2002 Issue

Sharon Shea-Keneally, principal of Mount Anthony Union High School in Bennington, Vermont, was shocked when she received a letter in May from military recruiters demanding a list of all her students, including names, addresses, and phone numbers. The school invites recruiters to participate in career days and job fairs, but like most school districts, it keeps student information strictly confidential. "We don't give out a list of names of our kids to anybody," says Shea-Keneally, "not to colleges, churches, employers -- nobody."

But when Shea-Keneally insisted on an explanation, she was in for an even bigger surprise: The recruiters cited the No Child Left Behind Act, President Bush's sweeping new education law passed earlier this year. There, buried deep within the law's 670 pages, is a provision requiring public secondary schools to provide military recruiters not only with access to facilities, but also with contact information for every student -- or face a cutoff of all federal aid.

"I was very surprised the requirement was attached to an education law," says Shea-Keneally. "I did not see the link."

The military complained this year that up to 15 percent of the nation's high schools are "problem schools" for recruiters. In 1999, the Pentagon says, recruiters were denied access to 19,228 schools. Rep. David Vitter, a Republican from Louisiana who sponsored the new recruitment requirement, says such schools "demonstrated an anti-military attitude that I thought was offensive."

To many educators, however, requiring the release of personal information intrudes on the rights of students. "We feel it is a clear departure from the letter and the spirit of the current student privacy laws," says Bruce Hunter, chief lobbyist for the American Association of School Administrators. Until now, schools could share student information only with other educational institutions. "Now other people will want our lists," says Hunter. "It's a slippery slope. I don't want student directories sent to Verizon either, just because they claim that all kids need a cell phone to be safe."

The new law does give students the right to withhold their records. But school officials are given wide leeway in how to implement the law, and some are simply handing over student directories to recruiters without informing anyone -- leaving students without any say in the matter.

"I think the privacy implications of this law are profound," says Jill Wynns, president of the San Francisco Board of Education. "For the federal government to ignore or discount the concerns of the privacy rights of millions of high school students is not a good thing, and it's something we should be concerned about."

Educators point out that the armed services have exceeded their recruitment goals for the past two years in a row, even without access to every school. The new law, they say, undercuts the authority of some local school districts, including San Francisco and Portland, Oregon, that have barred recruiters from schools on the grounds that the military discriminates against gays and lesbians. Officials in both cities now say they will grant recruiters access to their schools and to student information -- but they also plan to inform students of their right to withhold their records.

Some students are already choosing that option. According to Principal Shea-Keneally, 200 students at her school -- one-sixth of the student body -- have asked that their records be withheld.

Recruiters are up-front about their plans to use school lists to aggressively pursue students through mailings, phone calls, and personal visits -- even if parents object. "The only thing that will get us to stop contacting the family is if they call their congressman," says Major Johannes Paraan, head U.S. Army recruiter for Vermont and northeastern New York. "Or maybe if the kid died, we'll take them off our list."

But, I will have the relavent matches taped for me and I'm going to have a huge tennis fest at the end of the semester, LOL ;):o

My experience in losing lugguage is even worse. We (me, hubby and my son who is 2 years old at the time) returned from Hong Kong to Canada (Vancouver) on an 15 hours flight. Some idiot live in North Vancouver mistook one of our luggage as his. Both are the same brand and color but ours is bigger. It took us an hour to come to the conclusion that the luggage was taken because the plane was a fully loaded 747. We were supposed to have plenty of time to get downtown Richmond, have dim sum lunch with all my aunts & uncles & cousins. It ended up we only have time to get there, say hello, stuff our tummy with food and head back to airport to return to Calgary.:fiery: :fiery:

Basically, if the airline lost your luggage or delayed in delivering, they need to compensate you like paying for provisional stuff you need to buy but it is very tedious.

CLIJSTERS CRUSHES WEARY HENIN IN STRAIGHT SETS
Is Clijsters capable of taking the WTA title from the Williamses?

By Matthew Cronin
tennisreporters.net

Fred Mullane
Camerawork USA, Inc.
FROM THE HOME DEPOT CHAMPIONSHIPS – If fifth seed Kim Clijsters of Belgium continues to play at the level that saw her humiliate her countrywoman, Justine Henin, 6-2, 6-1 in the quarterfinals of the $3 million Home Depot Championships on Friday, she has a very good chance of challenging for the title.

That can't be said of too many players left in the draw, with the obvious exception of No. 1 Serena and partial exceptions of Venus and Jennifer Capriati. Title runs by Monica Seles, Maggie Maleeva or Jelena Dokic would be simply stunning.

But in earning herself a potential match up against second seed Venus, Clijsters was the fast, strong, consistent, lethal with her forehand and deadly with her first serve. She completely overwhelmed the dead-legged Henin by adeptly controlling the center of the court.

"It's the most consistent and solid I've played against her," said Clijsters. "I never made the little errors that would allow her back into the match."

The two played an entertaining first six games of the contest, but after Clijsters broke her to 2-1, Henin was unable to break back when she committed an unforced error. Henin held another break point down 2-3, but Clijsters ripped a forehand crosscourt winner, causing Henin to bang her racket on the floor.

Henin than began to completely unravel, ending the contest with 33 unforced errors and only five winners. The 19-year-old Clijsters broke Henin five times, clubbed 15 winners and only committed 22 unforced errors.

"Maybe that was the worst I've ever played against her," said Henin, who is now 2-5 against Clijsters. "She played solid and has played well in the last few tournaments. She played much better than me."

HENIN: EXHAUSTED FROM LONG SEASON
Henin, who will be married to her fiancé Pierre Yves Hardennes next week, said that she's exhausted from a long season and that the stress from her impending nuptials had nothing to do with her poor performance.

"I completely forgotten that I'm getting married next week," Henin said. "That's not the reason. I was really tried throughout the match. I could feel that least in the first game, I was sweating a lot and that's not normal."

Clijsters – who will attend Henin's wedding in the south of France – will now the winner of the Venus-Monica Seles match. The Belgian has a 1-3 record against Williams and has already played her three times his year: beating her in three-setter on clay in the finals of Hamburg; losing to her on hard courts in straight sets in the Stanford final; and falling to her a tight three set quarterfinal in San Diego.

As was noted before both of Clijsters matches against Venus at Stanford and Palo Alto and San Diego, she's one of the few players on tour who's athletic and powerful enough to hang with the Williamses. It's her mental and strategic game that is suspect. Now that her shoulder is 100 percent, she should be able to keep Venus off her back should she serve well. She's mentally fresher than Venus is at this point, so should Venus survive Seles on Friday night – no sure thing – she's ripe for Kim to take a bite out of her.

"The mental part is the most important thing and it's hard for me to say what Venus thinks on court," Clijsters said. "I know I'll have to go out there and fight for every ball, not only the tennis part, but also mentally. I have to be ready for every shot and I have to know when she's on, I can't worry about it. ... I've beaten her before, so I don't have to be afraid."

FIRST SERVE COMES FIRST
Clijsters says that one of the keys to victory will be her first serve percentage, which let her down in the third set of San Diego. Giving Venus any wiggle room is like letting a Great White out of a shark tank.

"You have to be ready from the beginning because that's where they can really finish off a match if [the Williamses] feel your not focused or aggressive," Clijsters said. "I can rally with Venus and return her serves but if she's on, it's always tough."

Should Monica Seles happened to shock Venus – who wiped her out at the US Open – Clijsters will also face a stiff test, because she's 0-1 against Seles, losing to a three-setter to her this spring in Miami.

But unlike at least half the field here who showed up whining about how tired they are from the long season despite setting their own schedules and earning record prize money (Henin banked $99,000 for her desultory effort), Clijsters appears as motivated and spry as kindergarten student about to receive her first art award.

"Maybe some of the other players are looking to go home," Clijsters said. "Maybe that's why they are getting a little tired. But I want to end the year well. I'm really motivated to finish the year on a good note.

:bounce: you can do it, Kimmy! :bounce:

btw, Henin is getting married to her beau next week and little Anna Smashnova is getting married later this month. congrats to both. :D

Well, that is the mum thing. Like I said before, I love to wear my pj all day but if my son do the same thing, I moan too.

Being a mum or dad is a very heavy responsibility and your parents are very responsible ones. It is very difficult for you to understand now. You bring a life to this earth and as a parent, you want the child to have a very good upbringing and so you try to show the child all the right way to do things, etc and sometimes you just too anxious to do the right thing for your child and forget the fun part.

I can imagine that. Sometimes I think it's nice to have a cozy corner in the family room where you can do your stuff and watch the family doing theirs.

My hubby like big house, lots of space but I always like a cozy one. The problem is we live in western part of US (or Canada) and ppl here love BIG houses so everyone has all the privacy they want.

I grew up in Hong Kong and the houses (actully appartments, only billionaires can affordare house) so expensive there. The room I shared with my sis is about 100sq ft. At one time, my bro's financee lived with us (she's from Vancouver and they were getting married in Hong Kong) and 3 girls lived in the room. Now, my son's bedroom is bigger than that room and he complain it's too small.

Actually, the size is no big deal, the most important is all the family is together.

I just came back from the Movies, where I watched My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Gee, it had been ages since I laughed so hard at a movie. :p

Also, I watched Red Dragon in the afternoon, and it was awesome. :)

Bad news in Brazil. Some girl (19 years old) killed both her parents. :(
With the help of her boyfriend and his brother, she used metallic bars to hit their bodies as they were asleep, because they wouldnt let her date that boy.
Guess now we know WHY they thought like that.
This is so sad.

TH, that recruitement shit or the No Child Left Unturned campaign is just sick and perverted. :fiery: I can't believe what is happening. Of course in my country it is obligatory to go to the army (for training) for a year after high school and I always objected to that as well. At least now, the boys can choose community service instead. But the army fucked up many a young soul. :(

As far as I know this is no joke.

Some people in the MeFi thread said that this was a relatively harmless measure, as the boys are required to sign up for Selective Service (the draft) when they're 18 anyway; and it's "certainly better" than living in a country with compulsory service.

That's not the point, to me. The point is, schools are being forced to give student information to the military and, by *****, to the government. It's even happening at private institutions not funded by the government. And although student rights are curtailed (another long discussion), this one should not be. How is it any different than harrassment? It's unsolicited, that's for sure.

Of course, there are ways to combat it--tell them you are gay, or a communist and they will hang up on you themselves :D Or, like the article says, call your Congresspeople and complain (and pray they aren't wankers like mine).

This distresses me greatly.

Hitman - do they have the death penalty in Brazil?

To be honest, I don't relaly support capital punisment, but when I hear of henious crimes in other countries, I like to know how they deal with them.

Capital punishment was abolished in Canada in 1976.

Layla

Morning everyone! :wavey:

Just saying a quick hello. I don't know when I'll be here as I have to go work with my auntie again.

Hitman, that's horrible news. Things like that seem to be happening everywhere. :( In Slovenia, family tragedies are usually caused by alcohol and alocholism is quite a big problem.

Rebecca, I'm against capital punishment. I don't think anyone has the right to take a human life on purpose and so deliberately. Self-defence is another matter though and I suppose one could argue that this is a form of self-defence, but I wouldn't go down that road. Self-defence against possible future acts is not permissible anyway. With the fallibility of the justice system it's all too likely that innocent people are executed as well and that is too horrible an idea to even contemplate. On the other hand, the justice system in Slovenia is a joke. It's horribly slow and way too lenient. Criminals know they can get away with anything and that's just not right.

Oh, such gloomy subjects early in the morning. I haven't seen Spiderman yet. I missed it when it came to our theatres. I'll just have to borrow a dvd. I enjoyed an earlier Spiderman movie though. I don't remember much about it but I do know it was one of the first movies I've seen as a child (animated features don't count). :)

TH, I haven't seen Rushmore yet, because it wasn't/isn't available here. But I heard good things about it. How was it?

Chloe le Bopper

Layla- re; capital punishment

I'm on the same side as you are. I do not feel that killing those who DID commit awful crime justifies the possibility of 1% of those killed being innocent.

I don't feel that 99 guilty vs 1 innocent - is okay.

No innocent should be taken advantage of in this way - however there are criminal justice theories that support the opposite of what I'm saying - that we must accept one of two innocents leaking through the system, in order to protect our society as a whole.

I think that's rubbish, personally.

Furthermore, when you account for the price of appeals, the cost to actually have it done - it often costs MORE to execute than it does to keep someone in jail for life.

I also don't think it makes any sense to say "you can't kill, because it is wrong. But IF you do, we'll kill you". That isn't rationaly to me. It is like saying "You robbed a bank, so we're going to rob your house". Totally nonsensical.

Lastly, the death penalty, does not actually reduce the rate of crime. At least it didn't here. Thus, if it doesn't reduce the crime rate, what purpose does it serve as a detterant?

Chloe le Bopper
11-10-2002, 09:52 AM
I might also add a particular case -

There is a man in Canada, who spent 23 years in jail, for a crime he didn't commit.

David Milguard was his name - he was accused of a **** and murder - two decades later DNA evidence proved that he wasn't there.

He could have been executed had we not abolished that in 1976.

Food for thought.

I finally understood it! :bounce::o

The first time I saw it, I didn't understand it because the story seemed to take an abrupt turn into bizarreness. But, like any clever, layered film, it gets better with each subsequent viewing.

As many people have said, you either get it or you don't. I'm not usually a fan of such movies, but this one was great :)

A picture from the film:

Jason Swartzman as Max Fischer and Bill Murray (now a staple of Wes Anderson films) as Mr. Blume. Max & Mr. Blume are fighting over the same woman. It's not as weird as it sounds . . . or maybe it is, LOL ;)

Emma, you're beautiful! :)

They cut the preview short because Serena and Jen have arrived on the court earlier than expected. It was nothing special. They showed brief summaries of individual players' year. First it was Hewitt, then Marat, then Moya and finally Costa. I guess Juanqui's preview is in the second part which they're still to show. :( But those were very brief summaries and they didn't speculate on anything regarding the match-ups.

Me a drooling fan? Wherever did you get that idea??!!!

[actually I was quite restrained when I met Rogi... perhaps too restrained! I tried to be reserved so as not to scare him away w my overwhelming enthusiasm! PL said Hi to me!]

;)

I think we all are here, at least the women. :) I would probably slip on my own spit if I happened to meet any of my hunks. :o Seriously, I'd be too terrified to say anything, or I would blurt out something incredibly stupid. I'm no good in these situations. Btw, enthusiasm isn't scary. :p

:) No? What is scary, Layla? btw, I love your name! Ever since Eric Clapton did that album, I've loved it! It sounds Arab or Muslim to me. Very exotic anyway!

I still have yet to meet Juanqui -- very difficult to get to him w all those screeching teenaged girls around him -- but he LOVES it!

lol. Did you try?

I don't think I'll be too nervous about meeting him, though I've never really thought about that bcos it never occur to me that it will happen:( .

Anyway, I'm pretty good at pretending I'm cool:rolleyes: :D, no? And I don't think I can behave any worse that those screeching teenage girls (cos not being teenage definitely help:D )

:) It was pretty well impossible to meet him esp. after the match! I never saw him practise either, which didn't help! Next time perhaps! ;)

Yeah, at least I wouldn't screech. Now THAT is scary. ;)

Thank you RogiFan! :) I picked it because that is my favorite song and because it is a beautiful name. I think it might be muslim.

Hi Lee! :wavey: How are you?

Layla, do you know what' the score for Jen's match now?

Yep, Serena just won the second set 6-4. So they've split the sets, 2-6 6-4 Jennifer called the trainer after that set. I don't know what's going on yet but she was given some pills, probably pain killers. Jen just walked back on court and they're about to start the deciding set.
