Oh there were lots of LLs winning ATPs, challengers and futures events, but my fave was Korolev winning Aachen last year. He lost to James Auckland in quallie and Auckland lost to Kunitsyn in 2nd round MD lol.

Well the definition for what he was is alternate, not lucky-loser. Lucky-loser is only employed when the player has taken part in a qualifying tournament for the main draw. The Tennis Masters Cup entry list is defined by the ATP race ranking, much like for example a Grand Slam entry list is defined by the ATP Entry Ranking.

As of December 2004:

The last time a lucky loser won a title: 1991 Sao Paulo-Christian Miniussi
The last time a lucky loser reached a final: 1999 Halle-Nicklas Kulti
The last time a lucky loser reached a semifinal: 2004 AMS Toronto-Thomas Johansson

[These stats were not updated in the 2006 or 2007 ATP Media Guides--others were--so these must have not changed in 2005-2006.]
