That would be great, for sure my best tennis-moment of 2006! :D
Just the thought of the whole nationlistic-circus ending in tears :)
And he's a great player too, but that's another story ;)

I agree :) I hate the whole "nationalistic circus" thing too whatever the country - so it would make me smile too.

I agree with you, it would be indeed a good thing.
Anyway, I like all 4 semifinalists so I will be happy when any of them win the final tomorrow (probably Federer will :) )

Considering we're in the 21st century and tennis has been dominated by boring baseliners, these four in the SF is almost as good as it gets.

I'd be happy with a Berdych win, even if it's at Roger's expense.
That was simply a genius match from him. He was facing a ridiculous crowd and a deeply annoying opponent who was constantly using silly gamesmanship against him. But he stayed completely dignified throughout the match - until the end, when he QUITE RIGHTLY shut the crowd up. :)

I'd love it! But I think he will have to bring something special into a possible final - Fed and Nalby have whooped him before.

Gonzo to win 6-4/6-3
And then to loose against Fed 6-3/6-4/6-3

kind of anticlimactic that would be...

I also would not mind a Berdych win and I'm a huge Federer fan. See, I know how to sacrifice!;)

Poor poor baby Berdych couldnt handle either Gonzalez or the crowd. But he showed all his commitment and fighting, never give up spirit. Okay, all = one half an once worth.
