Orange...errr...a rather glaring thread title you've chosen to use. For a moment, I thought he has won the title!
But I know you only meant well. Let's hope we can add to this thread through out the rest of the tournament. ;)

anyone know if his match (complete) is on the internet somewhere? I know hewitt's first round match was posted somewhere in the hewitt thread!

Close one, he got through. Better play better tomorrow. He has never beaten Sluiter in Rotterdam. Tomorrow will be the first time, that's if he beat him.
3 dutch in a roll, that's good preparation for Davis Cup.
02-19-2004, 10:38 PM
Whew... Snuck out of quite a close one there... Lets hope he wins tomorrow!!! GOOD LUCK!
theres so much irony in tomorrows match... PLaying in the same round on friday again vs. sluiter... just like last year...

Wow, what a match. Phew, what a win.
Is he public enemy #1 now in Rotterdam now that he beat 3 dutchmen, 2 in the deciding TB. Must feel like Davis Cup.
Good luck tomorrow against the defending champ. Max will be very tough to beat, very tough. Nonetheless, JC can do it, if he plays better than today. Shame though Federer lost. Dream final would be JC against Fed for a rematch. But now, I like to see JC and Henman in the final.

02-21-2004, 08:25 PM
My feelings right now:
I was so  when he didn't make use of the break in the 3rd set. He could've ended it 6-4. But oh well..he's through to the finals.
And Flora3892, I still can't get your links to work, but I watched the match on live-streaming:
