:worship: Lapentti

Not bad the guy won the Szczecin Challenger and is now in the semis of Palermo playing either Verdasco or Ramirez Hidalgo.

Lapentti was leading 6-0 5-0 and he couldn't forclose the deal on the double bagel, which was very poor.

A bagel and a breadstick is nearly as good.

The double bagel would have been better.

Not that I dislike the Lapentti win, but Simon's physical and/or mental state in this match has to be seriously questioned.

That's what any semi-regular person would do.

Must have been something wrong with Simon...reminiscent with the Bracciali SF earlier in the year?

Nice win for Nico though...this was definitely a match to leave alone from the start anyway

Must have been something wrong with Simon...I don't know if something was wrong with Simon today, but it's not uncommon for him. When he begins to play poorly, it's really ugly. He says it himself, he said it again at the US Open (funnily enough just before his horrible match against Gasquet which was another perfect example - "du meilleur au pire").

I earned some real money on him!

Lapentti :rocker2: He had a more difficult run against Starace in Szczecin or that poor player Ulihrach... than against Simon aspiring to top 30

(There surely were reasons why Simon lost so badly  )
