Cheaper Australian Open Tickets (Concessions Only)

This probably wouldn't apply to most of you, but in case people haven't noticed, concession tickets into Vodafone arena on the first two days of play are cheaper ($27) for a seat in the shade in Vodafone arena, than a ground pass which is $29 bucks. You get access to all the same areas, but this way you get a guaranteed seat in Vodafone. Sorry if this information is useless

i will have to wait to qualify for senior tickets.... :lol: but it's good to know that a grand slam has such good value tickets. aus open rocks! :yeah:

Yep thats right, too bad ground passes went up to $29 though. If they stayed the same as last year it would be $27 ground passes every day anyway.

Glad I could help. It's pissing me off that the tickets have been going up by $2 every year. It went from $25 in 2005 to $27 in 2006 to $29 in 2007. At least it's still really good value for money though. Especially for those who can't afford to go to the bigger matches
