well lubo was having great time yesterday walking along chinese wall (well preserved part of the wall some 60 miles from beijing) he fulfilled his old desire etc. but he better start using his backhand otherwise he will be in great trouble next month.
ancic had also poor start against excellent hrbaty today but somehow managed to survive with a chance now to make it even closer to no. 8 and he better start it well tommorow because lee showed he is capable of making it to the finale.

But, I need to say a few words about the match itself, since I've seen the 2nd set (can't talk about the 1st one).
All in all, nothing new as far as Ljubo is concerned. He didn't look as if he was terribly concerned about the outcome of the match; he had that 'if I win - great, if I lose - also good, I get to go home' :devil: body language. Served rather well, but that's it, except several really nice points on the net - never thought he could react so fast on the net before. Lee, on the other hand, had pretty high 1st serve percentage which is more often than not, too hard an obstacle for Ljubo's sub-par 1st serve return ability.
To sum it up, nothing spectacular. No need to expect great things from Lee in the future just because he beat this version of Ljubo on hardcourt. :cool:

Beijing is pretty slow. Last year the final was Coria x Nadal. No surprise Ljubo lost.
