Good luck to him. Chela and Hewitt, again!!! :rolls: This a funny draw. Björki 08-05-2006, 08:19 PM I also think he has a good draw! :) Caralimon 08-05-2006, 08:33 PM Ferrer :scared: At least he avoided Roger. NYCtennisfan 08-05-2006, 08:55 PM Nalbandian has received a very favorable draw for once and he should take advantage of it. Ginepri Q Shark? Stepanek/Murray/Henman/Moya/wide open Nadal/Blake/Roddick ReturnWinner 08-06-2006, 12:49 AM i do not think the draw is easy, ginepri is more than decent even altought he is far from his best right now, but for a first round of an ams is far from being the easiest rival and nieminen is pretty tricky, and he always gives nalbandian trouble then its very likely he will play murray who is very good and playing very well this week then after roddick or blake i do not think its easy for him, this draw should be difficult for every player (except for federer :p) marti_228 08-06-2006, 02:58 AM i do not think the draw is easy, ginepri is more than decent even altought he is far from his best right now, but for a first round of an ams in usa is far from being the easiest rival and nieminen is pretty tricky, and he always gives nalbandian trouble then its very likely he will play murray who is very good and playing very well this week then after roddick or blake i do not think its easy for him, this draw should be difficult for every player (except for federer :p) I know what you mean, but Toronto is in Canada not in the States. ReturnWinner 08-06-2006, 03:56 AM yes i know a mistake , i was thinking in cincinnati when i wrote my post I know what you mean, but Toronto is in Canada not in the States. Sakura 0101 08-06-2006, 06:16 AM Finally he returns to his main stage. I hope he dosen't forget how to play tennis. Viken01 08-06-2006, 05:19 PM good luck david :) NYCtennisfan 08-06-2006, 05:45 PM i do not think the draw is easy, ginepri is more than decent even altought he is far from his best right now, but for a first round of an ams is far from being the easiest rival and nieminen is pretty tricky, and he always gives nalbandian trouble then its very likely he will play murray who is very good and playing very well this week then after roddick or blake i do not think its easy for him, this draw should be difficult for every player (except for federer :p) Unless Nalbandian plays horribly, I can't see Ginepri challenging him. I am not so sure Murray will be a given for rd 3 because of his fitness issues sine he played all week, will get one day off and then back at it. All depends upon which David show up. :) gooner88 08-06-2006, 09:11 PM All depends upon which David show up. :) Hopefully it won't be the one that showed up at Wimbledon that day. All the best Nalbo. Caralimon 08-06-2006, 09:45 PM As Roddick retired, Ginepri is now the 17th seed and he was replaced. David now plays Sanguinetti. David now plays Sanguinetti. Better than Ginepri. Now I think his draw is good so he can go far. VAMOS DAVID !!! GinaB 08-07-2006, 03:37 PM Yes, I must say I am more pleased with this version of the draw! http://www.rogerscupmen.com/2/en/draws/singlesdraw.pdf Vamos David! What is happening? Kyla 08-07-2006, 06:15 PM :bigcry: Oh noooo - he's finally finally playing again and now he has a fever :bigcry: Get well soon, Nalby!!!! Schu 08-07-2006, 06:15 PM Finally he returns to his main stage. I hope he dosen't forget how to play tennis. Look like he certainly did forget how to play tennis - WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM! Björki 08-07-2006, 06:26 PM I cant believe it :( :( GinaB 08-07-2006, 06:37 PM Finally he returns to his main stage. I hope he dosen't forget how to play tennis. I'm afraid your prediction was correct... :awww: He lost  I'm so disappointed... 16681 08-07-2006, 07:41 PM David  But apparently from what one of the posters said he was sick. So get well soon :) gooner88 08-07-2006, 08:13 PM Ouch. There's not much more I can say... marti_228 08-07-2006, 08:53 PM Yes, he was sick. He had fever and a headache. justClaudia 08-08-2006, 12:11 AM Ouch. There's not much more I can say... Ouch indeed. iloveupeterpan 08-08-2006, 04:11 AM Yes, he was sick. He had fever and a headache. No wonder.... Get well soon David    Björki 08-08-2006, 05:33 AM Yes, he was sick. He had fever and a headache. but why he played then??? Björki 08-08-2006, 05:33 AM get well soon David. Viken01 08-08-2006, 06:07 AM i'm so surprised, but there is cincinatti next, he can do better there ;) Johnny Groove 08-08-2006, 06:12 AM If Ljubo gets to the 3rd round, David will lose #3  ja_som1 08-08-2006, 07:03 AM but why he played then??? he told that he has nothing to loose so he will try because he can't feel worse. so he tried  gooner88 08-08-2006, 08:32 AM If Ljubo gets to the 3rd round, David will lose #3  His health is way more important than his ranking. Nalbo could easily lose in the 1st round next week and still have a great US Open, or he could just as easily have a good tounament in Cincy and have a poor US Open. He's just that kind of player... bovenbuuf 08-08-2006, 11:02 AM well hope he will be better soon. So that he will be ready for his next match and tournement. bunnymoon 08-08-2006, 11:16 AM the only pic I found :( justClaudia 08-08-2006, 01:48 PM His health is way more important than his ranking. Nalbo could easily lose in the 1st round next week and still have a great US Open, or he could just as easily have a good tounament in Cincy and have a poor US Open. He's just that kind of player... I agree with this. Still, yesterday's match was very disappointing. I was expecting a lot more from him, but if he is really illed, then what can I do. justClaudia 08-08-2006, 04:44 PM ups......wrong forum........... I thought so too. GinaB 08-08-2006, 08:05 PM Does anyone know where I can find an interview of David's in which he discusses his state or an article that mentions his illness? P.S. According to the livescoring, Nalby lost in doubles as well. I'm not sure he should have played if he's sick. gooner88 08-08-2006, 09:55 PM  I thought so too. ;) sophia_c 08-08-2006, 10:51 PM Happy Birthday Gooner.... welcome back Croman..( you are off the ban???).....or..is it welcome back Sophie!!!!!....hummm  ..yep..I think thats it!!!!..   sophia_c 08-08-2006, 10:53 PM  I thought so too.
