No, you are probably thinking of German big man Alexander Popp!

Voltchkov's ranking is wayyy down. He hasn't played much this year. Btw, I saw him at last year's U.S. Open qualifying.

yes voltchkov play very well in grass but in carpet and hard he plays aceptable

Voltchkov reached the semi's in 2000 ;) as a qualifier
Think he is still playing,but mainly plays in challengers

yes he plays in ATP tournaments 2000 2001 2002 2003 then he plays mainly challengers but now he is playing futures.. but he played 3 futures in the year
i think that he is planing to retire

He plays great on carpet too. His win gave Belarus the victory against Russia after Mirnyi defeated Safin 11/9 in the fifth set (if I'm not mistaken...)!
