Well done Lleyton!! Really happy he won this again :D He played some great tennis at times today. He has some great hands on grass.

Great to see him take back his Queens home after Andy moved in for a few years ;) and he's coming into some great form at the right time. Go Rocky  Aw, little Mia is in the stands. Very cute! :awww:

Well done James on making his Queens final :)

About time Rocky Llegs Hewitt showed the rest of the tennis world & the cynics around here that he ain`t finished yet!!!! Until the French Open he was struggling to beat Top-50 players & then the game against Nadal really gave his confidence the shot it needed... I really think that`s all it was, his game is there- just needed a Tourney win like this to get back that winning feeling ;) .He`s going to be a big factor at Wimby :p .

the fact that these 2 guys are doing well and winning on grass is good for tennis in general. Giving Fed something to think about for Wimbledon while he chokes tiebreaks in Halle. Even his good friend Rafa made the quarters!

i thought blake really would be able to beat hewitt on grass, and he did show us a glimpse of that... and certainly showed what he is capable of that against roddick in the semifinals, unfortunately, it wasnt there today.

mr. james riley blake, good luck in wimbledon!!!

still very proud of him for a very good week in london!

I am not surprised that Hewitt won Queens and the only real surprise for me was his poor performance at the Australian open. Hewitt is a great player, but he is just unfortunate that he matches up badly against Federer.

If he stays healthy I think he has a good chance of reaching the finals of WImbledon, US open and the masters cup.

It's the placement and reading. Blake read Andy's serve much, much better than he read Lleyton's today. He had to adjust more to Lleyton's placement, and those few microseconds make all the difference.

Excellently done Hewitt. Just as I thought, Blake was not too confident at the back of the court so he chose to force the issue and just go for broke. Obviously that is a dangerous tactic especially against a player like Lleyton and it didn't pay off today.

Hewitt is back!!! He's going to be a major threat at Wimbledon. To me he is the 2nd favourite at the moment. Everyone had written him off and using him as an example of what will happen to Nadal. Well Hewitt just proved today (and to a certain extent @ RG) that he is not done yet. Not by a long shot.

James  still a great effort getting to the final on a surface that he hasn't particularly felt comfortable on. I am intruiged to see how he does at Wimbledon :yeah:

Will be interesting to see in whose quarter Hewitt and Blake wind up. The other two 'QF seed' will be Ivan and Davydenko. The draw at wimbledon will have a lot more impact on grass this year than it did on clay which is strange to see. Pretty much didn't matter what the draws were in RG--everyone knew the finalists beforehand.

Just fantastic, Lleyton! Waited a long time for this victory, and it couldn't come at a better time, just in time for Wimby. :yeah:

I'm still just a little skeptical about Lleyton's level right now, but he got the confidence he needed, so that's good. Let's hope he keeps it up and maybe gets a couple of easy victories the first few rounds to keep his confidence up. Was great hearing that "Come on!" again, hope to see more of those soon.

James, still a great week. Not his best today maybe but he has a lot of positives going for him into Wimbledon as well. Here's hoping he makes some noise there.

I didn't have a fave in this final, but it's soo good to see Lleyton up and kicking again. He showed some good form at the RG and carried it on to grass. C'mon!

And Blake, a very good tournament for him.

I disagree, the implied probability of "the dream final" just after the RG draw was around 0.5, it was far from certain. I agree on the part about Wimbledon.

I had a feeling Lleyton was gonna win this.
Simply because, Lleyton doesn't lose to one-dimensional players twice in a row.
Unlike Nadal.
