Tough match to call.

I'll say Federer in 3.

An awful lot depends on Berdych - if he puts in another overawed performace as he did at Roland Garros then this could be easy. But I suspect Tomas will play much better and make this much tougher. Hopefully Roger can grind it out, if that's the case.

I so much hope that Roger can take it. I seriously doubt it...but I say Roger in 3.

If roger has enough left in the tank for one more match, then with tying Borg's GC record... he should win in 2.
then again, he seems to be in a brainfarting mood this week with losing TB's and 3 setters, so maybe he'll win in 3.

hopefully Berdy will be on a downer from CZE Republic's humiliating 0-2 loss to Ghana in the world cup http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/grinser/grinning-smiley-001.gif

Roger in 2 if Berdych plays anything like he did at the French.

Berdych still has too many rough edges in his game to consistently challenge the game's elite and I envisage another inconsistent performance in the final. Roger's own performances this week have hardly been the model of consistency either...the dropped sets and lost tie breakers have been a shocker. Even so, I sense a return to normality in the final....Roger in two.

I have the feeling tomorrow it's gonna be the easiest match for Fed in the whole week.
I don't see Berdych with the mental strength enough to challenge Roger.

Federer will win in straight sets

Berdych felt he'd lost before he took to the court against Roger at RG this year...hard to imagine him having a different mindset today, especially given Roger's superiority on grass. That said, it is a final so he may have a decent go at Federer....but I expect Roger to win in straight sets.

Like someone before said, Berdych has too many rough edges to his game. The guy can hit amazing winners then double back and hit two unforced errors in a row. If Federer stays consistent and just keeps his UEs low, he'll win in straights.

Berdych is a future Wimbledon champ. Maybe he can be the equivalent of Krajicek ten years ago.

I voted for Tomas in three. Not because I think he'll win, but because I'm his fan and it's my duty to vote for him in polls. :p

I think this will be an easy win for Feds.

I think Roger is ready to announce his form for Wimbles and it will happen with this match.

Berdych tanked that match at RG, but I am not surprised you didn't notice that :)

I really hope Berdych will pull a win in 3, or better yet, in 2, but i think it's just wishfull thinking

So i voted Federer in 3, but i'll be supporting Tomas all the way

I think Berdych has enough tools to come through this one. He will have noted how Federer has been struggling all week long and will want to record his first ATP victory against the world no.1 on his favourite surface. This match is Huge for Berdych.

I hope Rogi can somehow find some energy reserves to record a surprise victory today

Berdych is in my opinion the most talented of all the youngsters and as the ability to dominate on every surface. I can't see why he does not cause Federer more problems since he has the perfect game to trouble Federer.

If he tanks this one as well we can call him Tomas the tank

Easy win for Federer. Donated a game when serving for the match. Other than that game, Berdman got to 30 on a couple of other serve games. Other than that, it was 0 and 15 games all the way through.

I don't thiunk he donated that game though, Thomas played 2 perfect points to get to 0-30, Fed only choked on the break point;)

From your username I am guessing you think that Gasquet is the most gifted, but I just feel that Gasquet's forehand is a bit slight weakness where as there no real weakness in Berdych's game.

Congratulations to Federer, though for extending his streak and winning another title.
