Nadal Vs Hewitt

Well this is going to be a beatdown. I am 99% sure Hewitt will exact his revenge for the Roland Garros match up. I expect a straight sets win for Hewitt. 6-3, 6-2

He may win, but it will NOT be that easy, especially if he has one of his customary 47% serving days.

What weapons does Hewitt have that Nadal will be frightened of?

Lleyton is a defensive player and I think that works in Nadal's favour. Don't forget Nadal probably has more power than he has, so if they're trading blows from the baseline you'd fancy Rafa with the two hander to dictate.

nah, i think rafa, once he faces a solid grass court player, his chances diminish.

sure, hewitt's a baseliner on grass, but if keeps up that aggression the way he showed in french, the ball will go faster that not even rafa will get to it everytime

Isn't there a previous thread about the exact same subject? (Hewiit/Nadal grass matchup)

Hewitt obviously has the upper hand because it's grass. But Nadal needs matches like these to improve his grasscourt skills.

BBC commentator: "Nadal has forgotten how to lose. He could play on Mars and he'd still win." :spit:

Lleyton rolling in the second set, up 4-1

What's up with Nadal's shoulder? I switched on the TV just abut now and she said he had been given massage. Score N-H 6-3 3-6 btw.

Nadal is much more watchable in this match then ussual, not irritating at all. Good for his improvement

But as for the match, they are both "claying on grass"
