It's a process in the food chain. The clowns need food to survive and all this stuff is fuel for the engine to run effectively in the wonderful paradise that is MTF.

yes, they find it therapeutic to see who can make the most inane threads about Federer and/or Nadal

Besides, who knows what´s going to make one the the players win; it could be mental strength, or physical endurance, or luck... I just want to watch the final and that´s all.

I must admit ive posted on these threads but at the end of the day, no one will kick the others butt nd ANYTHING can happen. One can retire or get injured, rain delay, anthing..
Connectolove ur right...Its small thing slike these tha make the difference. Last time in Rome it was mental strength. No kone knows and i be after the final people will make excuses as to y federer/nadal lost! This is MTF afterall!

I enjoy a bit of speculation and analysis but the thing to remember is: it's essentially pointless.

When they get out there tomorrow, the decks are cleared. They're not playing the head to head. They are not playing the non-calendar slam. They are not playing the winning streak. They are not playing the history. They're not playing the title defense.

They have to play each other in the conditions on the day. Some of all that stuff I've mentioned may have an impact on the match at some point but how and when and in what quantities is just impossible to determine.

even IN the match its impossible to determine. In Monte carlo i rlly thouht federer would los ein straight sets after he lst the first set 6-2 in a short time. Dubai, Nadal lost te first set in 27 minutes and ame bck to win!!! Miami, federer down 2 sets and won. It was there that nadal lost2 match points if im correct.
