Victorysova to beat Williams @1.95 available generally

Sometimes, you should trust your eyes and choose not to disregard the momentum/last match factor. Nicole V is in the form of her life after Strasbourg (nice French phase...), and I was immensely impressed by her as she beat Momo. I disagree strongly with the guy in the Quarters thread that the background was cheap - even if Momo was far too defensive, Nicole showed fantastic length on her ground shots, bullet serves, a very impressive, minimal number of UE given the aggressive tactics and a surprising mental strength and poise - even if she crumbled a bit in the first set tb, she came back firing and never looked back.

I watched Williams' match as well and there was a huge difference in pace in comparison with the Vaidisova-Momo match. Furthermore, Williams was not at all convincing and is not moving very well on dirt, and she is going to have to move a lot tomorrow.

The only downside I see are off-day performances, nerves and lack of routine at this stage of a GS but I see talent, form, confidence, power, momentum and hunger (+ beauty :) ) compensating for this. Given her interview, she just seems like a hard working Eastern European girl who will do her utmost.

Vaidisova did superbly against the home fav, supported by the most inpolite tennis crowd in the world. My verdict is that she will continue steam-rolling towards the semis. And to me, 1.95 is one of the best prices of the week given what we watched yesterday.

Vaidisova-Williams will be a good match to watch!

I'm going for Federer to win 3-0 against Ancic @1.54 (Betfair)

Federer looked awesome against Berdych. Ancic said he was tired after his match.

I don't think Ancic can trouble Federer at all to be honest. Federer likes attacking players on clay and Mario is one. He will pick him off. His big serve will not be a problem for Federer on clay.

I just can't see Mario winning a lot of games tomorrow.

Just the one on the WTA side, still leaning heavily on the Ukrainian to take out Nalbandian

Williams will not be giving Nikki the short balls that Momo was dishing up the other day, she is probably the deepest hitter of the ball on tour, maybe behind her sister actually when the other one actually decides to play on the rare ocassions.

Williams to beat Vaidisova - $1.90

Leaning on Vaidsova/Safina/Clijsters/Stubbs-Perry n in the men i feel Fed will win but Mario could sneak a set, while Donkey has been impressive but a very tricky matchup with
Nalbo who has the goods to counter attack,i feel you look at this game n think who will be leading 2-1 going into the fourth,Nalbo has an incredible record in Slams!!!But my heart goes with Nalbo to win but always go with the head n that says Donkey!!!!!

Good luck-Might just do a parlay for fun, nuffin worth going hard on!!!!
