Have the NBC commentators mentioned this match at all?
Now it's locked in two all, Ljubicic having come back from two sets down.
Anyone watching??

Yeah, I'm watching it. Monaco played two amazing sets, could've won the third since he was up 2-0 but then Ljubicic came back and Juan hasn't been the same.

I have been watching that match in the Nadal-PHM match commercials. Yeah, Ljubo came come back from two sets down and Monaco's been playing very well. Ljubicic just broke his serve and he's 1-0 up in the 5th.

I'm watching it also on croatian tv program, it's a very hard battle!

Yeah, I thought he was finished, but the next thing I knew he had won that set 6-3.
Both are fighting well.

Ljubicic does not have the same weight on his shots like usual, it's not just because of the surface, and Monaco is prepared to fight for every single point, maybe he already sees the finishing line!

Did the commentators say, if the match will be finished today?

Oh, 2:1 just broke again. They'll probably wait a few more minutes.

Probably not, it's really getting dark out there

Sadly no coverage of this in Britain - I've been following live score for seemingly hours now!!! Seems like a great and close match.

Why are they still playing when the Blake/Monfils match is suspended? If they can play Blake/Monfils should be able to as well.

I've been at matches til 9.50pm at Roland Garros, so if there's no cloud cover, they've probably got about another half an hour.

The light is still good enough i think they play for atleast 20 more minutes.

From what I see outside my window, it's getting pretty dark...I hope it won't last until 10PM like that Venus match the other day

Maybe neither player has complained, either?

By the way, is it STILL 2-1?

Ljubicic has come back from the brink of defeat - I guess he will be feeling encouraged and spurred onto victory, while Mónaco will be dispirited that he thinks he let his chance go about 2 hours ago!!

I don't think either of them complained, no.

And yes, still 2-1, deuce. lol.

How many people are watching this match from the stands?
Between Mathieu-Nadal and Monfils-Blake, did anyone care about this match at all?

When I was at RG at the beginning of this week, there were loads of Argentine and Croatian fans there with flags etc, so if this was on an outside court it would almost certainly be packed until the end. But as it's on a Showcourt (loads of corporate hospitality seats  ) and it's getting late - probably not very many!

Blake-Monfils had no chance of being completed and Blake definitely requested to stop play after the 2nd set. I guess he didn't want to have to stop midway through a set. It is kind of odd, though, the way they decide it. It seems that there is a gray area. Partly up to the players, partly up to the officials, not sure what the official rules are.

Unfortunately, ESPN2, which came on the air about a half hour ago, has elected to show tape of the scintillating Hingis match from earlier today. I guess it must have been a fairly dramatic match. I knew there was no shot of them showing live coverage of Ljubicic. As far as they're concerned, he's probably not even a Top 100 player. Oh well, their coverage during the week was pretty damn good. Surprisingly so, I must say.

Nope. ESPN thankfully is giving us taped coverage of the far more interesting and popular Martina Hingis. :p

Why Martina Hingis of all the matches already completed today!!!
Geez...

I like Hingis, but sometimes I can't stand ESPN doing their best to show more of her and Sharapova however they can.

Juan is an idiot. He was a break up in the third and fourth sets, had his chances, but blew them.
In the fifth he had so many break points, even in the last game to make it 3 all over night and he didn't use them.
But Ljubo is still not home and dry, Juan showed he's a very good player and better in longer rallies.
He's stupid cause he didn't take advantage of Ljubo's fatigue in long rallies in the fifth set, where Ljubo was clearly struggling, but Juan often made silly mistakes.

Because there was no possibility of finishing that match, and maybe not even the third set although as it turns out, they probably could've churned out another set.

It's a joke that there are no lights here. This match should finish tonight.

That is very typical of Mónaco  He's an extremely talented player - but his focus and concentration are appalling. I've seen him snatch defeat from the jaws of victory on many occasions - a break up in the final set against Santoro in Rome, a break up against Vik in the final set in Munich........the list is endless. If he could only channel his undoubted talent he would be Top 20 by now I'm sure - but there is something definately lacking that stops him reaching the heights he probably deserves - a bit like Verdasco for example. The last few days he has been very confident of his ability to beat Ljubicic and progress far in this tournament - maybe too over confident  - he thinks he knows best and don't they say pride comes before a fall  Only time will tell who comes out the freshest and can complete the match tomorrow.
