2004 Australian Open CHAMPION will DEFINITELY win it!

Carlos unless the ATP will jinx him next week ;)

this is exactly the same as the thread you made 2 days ago
01-15-2004, 11:05 AM

01-15-2004, 11:11 AM
you the thread
WHO DO U THINK HAVE THE BEST CHANCE TO WIN THE AUSTRALIAN OPEN
01-15-2004, 12:03 PM
maybe she thinks they are 2 different threads,
one is who has the best chance and the other who will win
01-15-2004, 01:39 PM
maybe one is a poll and the other one isn't :) by the way, I think JC has a chance to win the AO.

Hmm, none of these, although I have to say Carlos and Andy are looking pretty good right now.

I also like Carlos's chances. I hope he wins back to back titles, beating Hewitt AGAIN in the final :) Agassi and Nalbandian, also have great claims to the title. Long as Hewitt or Andy dosnt get it im fine ;)

i have a feeling its gonna be andre with his 5th....cos he seems set to win kooyong again...n everytime he wins it he goes on to lift ausopen title....whoever wins sydney or auckland usually does not win ausopen....
01-15-2004, 02:49 PM
Guga will ! mark my words !
01-15-2004, 07:03 PM
I do not understand the choices in the poll. Yes these guys are definitely good enough to win it, but why omit Agassi and Federer?
I hope it will be Andre, and the way he is playing at Kooyong, he definitely has a shot.
01-15-2004, 07:06 PM
Where the heck is the King of AO, Andre :worship: Agassi, on the list?
01-15-2004, 07:13 PM
The most promising form right now are showing Andre, Lleyton & Carlos! ;)
I kinda feel that it will be Lleyton, don't know why :o
01-15-2004, 09:22 PM
None of the options listed. Maybe Agassi or Hewitt -or Federer if he survives the first week.
01-16-2004, 01:24 PM
yeah one is a poll one not
01-16-2004, 01:27 PM
i love your avatar where did u found it?
01-17-2004, 02:19 AM
Henman will win it
01-17-2004, 04:29 AM
:worship: ANDRE AGASSI :worship:

well with David spanking Andre in straights 62 63 and Andy withdrawing from his kooyong match with uh, blisters, things get more interesting.

nalbandian is in the quarter from Hell, though.

why isn't roger on the poll? he's THE all round player to be reckoned with. him and andre have the best chance on rebound ace. plus federer has a strong h2h record against juan and andy...
the thing about roger is that even though he can play at almost any angle on the court (yes, i think he's good at the net), he's almost like the male version of vee - when he's not concentrating or bored, he'll lose momentum and the only thing he'll be concerned about is getting off that court (instead of winning...). he can handle power players (e.g. marat), is quick and has a good serve. competition for him will be either andre (who'll probably want revenge for the masters loss) and lleyton (who has a good h2h against roger).
