This site is accurate most of the time for where I live, but I'm not completely sure about other places... This is what the weather forecast shows regarding today

Light Rain
Temp: 54 F
Wind: NNW at 8 mph
Humidity: 82%
Sunset: 9:46 p.m. local Paris time

It also mentions that rain will stop at 6 p.m. (local Paris time), and it will be cloudy till midnight. A few showers all day tomorrow till 11 a.m. (local Paris time), and mostly sunny till the rest of the day... I hope this is right.

Doesnt the rain make the balls heavier, which means less of a bounce? That could be good for Fed.

Yes, heavier and slower...for example Hrbaty regognized that the slight rain helped him a lot to return Karlovic's serve in the fifth set of their match today.
