Look Out- Lleyton is Back!

Lleyton Hewitt has looked very impressive in his first two matches, very ominous form indeed. He has his passion back, sending out numerous “Cmon’s” throughout the match and what impressed me was how aggressive he was. He went out there in an aggressive frame of mind and hit plenty of beautiful forehand winners as well as showing good touch at the net. He appears to be in good form, and although he’s in a tough quarter of the draw, one thing is for sure, you can never count out Lleyton!

Cmon Lleyton! :rocker2:

This is untrue, you are a liar.

I have counted him out on many occasions, and been right more often than not.

I went home for lunch and saw most of the third set and I have to agree: I thought he played really well.
I loved it! I realized how much I had missed seeing him play, he is awesome when he is on, the quality of his groundstrokes is amazing.

BTW, I also enjoyed to see all his tics again, esp. the fiddling of the racket. One day a song will come off that racket, you know.

I was thinking: imagine Lleyton has to play Nadal and beat him. Will Roger let him win the final to thank him?

Roger always seems to be a man possessed whenever he plays Lleyton, it’s not fair. :o

But I didn't realise how much I've missed Lleyton. I’ve always been a huge fan so it’s great to see him back looking focused and in an aggressive frame of mind.

I wonder if he reaches the 4th round vs Nadal, would be totally awesome IMO :)...He has Hrbaty's number anyway so should probably get passed him...

What if Lleyton would win vs Nadal? It's extremely unlikely, but what if? That would be a really tremendous surprise, IMO even more so than a top 80 player beating Nadal :P, and would so teach all those people who lost faith in Lleyton :D

But well, if he reaches that 4th I round I will probably be happy if he isnt bageled :(

He is done. No more Slams, not more masters nothing apart from small tournaments in which Fed and Nadal dont waste their time in.

I doubt anyone expects Lleyton to win another slam, yet, it was nice to see some of his fiery spirit in his match today.

If your predictions are as good as your tennis i 'll take it as a big compliment for Hewitt!!! Go Lleyton :yeah:

Yeah, a win against the Numer 1 clay player would be great but I dont think such miracles/upsets are possible (apart for Federer) these days, especially not for someone who hasnt much match practice. :(

Altough that made me laugh, I can't stand watching his nervous tics. I saw him adjusting himself numerous times today. Ugh.
I still like his game but I can't stand to watch him during changeovers because he makes me nervous.

Too bad Karlović lost today... It would be nice to see how Lleyton looses his nerves because Karlović serves. http://www.tipdana.com/forum/Smileys/default/ludo.gif http://www.tipdana.com/forum/Smileys/default/ludo.gif http://www.tipdana.com/forum/Smileys/default/ludo.gif

At least I haven't bad repped you yet, like you just did

If your so serious about your tennis, go play instead of hanging around here. And get conformation of your greatness from your coach, instead of trying to get it here by acting like your the new nadal or federer while you can't even win 2 matches back to back.
