I don't know. It happened just 2 months ago. I see no evidence to suggest Rafa has improved on hard courts since then. Also, from how close parts of their match were I think Soderling would provide a real challenge for Rafa on a quick court. He was hitting loads of winners even on the red stuff, maybe if the surface was faster he could've done real damage.

To clean the pigsty out you need a bulldozer and sadly the only thing available to the players concerned is a rockhammer.
