I think Safin probably has the best body in tennis history, he can blast almost anyone out of the court with his power and he moves very well for a big guy.
Once I was critiziced in this forum because I said that I was not impressed by the shot making ability of Safin (Marcel Rios or Arazi impress me) and that his body was his greatest talent.

I will say Rainer at least has the best combination of at least 2. For best face, he's kind of cute and quite good looking but not the best amount ATP players. But, we are talking about body here.
