Reality Show Officially NOT Happening

I wanted to let everyone know that the reality TV series isn’t going to happen. I spoke with Andy Roddick and the Bryan twins and we decided it would not be in our best interest to move forward. One of the top networks would be airing the program but we felt like it would be too big of a distraction for our tennis careers – maybe we’ll look back into it when we’re all old and done playing!

I for one am really happy about it. Too bad, since it would've been on a big network, but good for the players, I'm glad to see they have their priorities worked out :)

no it's just never even going to be taped or anything.

well now i'm glad its not happening, seeing as thought it started out to be a documentary, which woulda been really cool. then it escalated into a reality show:scared:

Bummer! I would've loved to have seen a documentary-type film about Andy and co. on tour.

Oh, well. Maybe at a later date they will do it.

documentary, YES, and that's why these guys were so gung-ho - that's what they were originally told it was gonna be. Reality show, NO! so i'm glad it's not going to happen.

The words were twisted and the people tried to trick them into filming a "documentary". How nice.

even though they didn't know what it was all about.

I don't think they didn't know. I think they were misled.

They didn't know what the whole plan was, is what I'm saying.

I really wish they could do a documentary. Like maybe follow the guys through their quest to win the Davis Cup. I think that would be great! And it would be great exposure for tennis.

But unfortunately, these reality shows are taking over the world right now. :confused:

I know tangy.... damn all the people that need "drama" to like something :rolleyes:

It's people wanting to live vicariously through their fave TV show.
