Corey Feldman 03-31-2006, 02:35 PM Nalbi over Ljub for me today Bamos Nalbi :rocker2: Ferrer's consistent game won't hurt fed.. a bit like Nadal's doesnt? :o nah, i hope your right. Just the one... Ljubicic to beat Nalbandian - $2.25 be luckyhmmff, never a good sign to come home and see you have backed against the guy the master has backed... (in bilbo style) GSM Bad gambler great bet cobber  shotgun 03-31-2006, 02:54 PM (in bilbo style) GSM Bad gambler fair play to Bilbo Bilbo 03-31-2006, 03:02 PM Didn't bad gambler said nalby will win in straight sets? I'm surprised to see him on Ljubo though. TwistyServe 03-31-2006, 03:05 PM a bit like Nadal's doesnt? :o  Nadals consistency is a little different, being he throws a lot more heavy spin and causes more errors for Fed. Also, the only player's consistency game that has troubled fed is Nadal. Hewitts consistency game gets him bageled. Pretty sure similar thing will happen to Ferrer. Corey Feldman 03-31-2006, 03:06 PM fair play to shotgun blues and Gl to me and Bilbo dbnumberone 03-31-2006, 03:07 PM I'm in to win a unit on Lju He's shown he has the stuff to be backing him on HC pretty much no matter the opponent... TwistyServe 03-31-2006, 03:55 PM I'm in to win a unit on Lju He's shown he has the stuff to be backing him on HC pretty much no matter the opponent... Its good you going for the dogs but I think you do it at the wrong times.. not good time to go for one of these rare dogs :) Without Ljubos serve he's not even a top10 player, and I think he admitted that recently.. and Bandy has no problems with good servers as we saw how he dismantled Ancic. Could be close though :p Freeze17171 03-31-2006, 04:04 PM Without Ljubos serve he's not even a top10 player, and I think he admitted that recently.. and Bandy has no problems with good servers as we saw how he dismantled Ancic. Could be close though :p True, but Paradorn had very little problem holding against Bandy, and I think Ivan's game matches up more with him than Anchoke. I think this is going three though, whoever steps up their game will win. bad gambler 03-31-2006, 04:09 PM Its good you going for the dogs but I think you do it at the wrong times.. not good time to go for one of these rare dogs :) Without Ljubos serve he's not even a top10 player, and I think he admitted that recently.. and Bandy has no problems with good servers as we saw how he dismantled Ancic. Could be close though :p without nalby's return of serve, he is not even a top 50 player ;) It works both ways clearly this one on paper is going to be close - people keep referring to Shanghai last year where Bandy destroyed ljubo, but if you watch the match again, you could see he had nothing left in the tank - he was coming off playing a ridiculous amount of matches in the indoor season in an attempt to qualify for the top 8, and in the RR matches played an epic against Fed. Bandy simply got him at the right time Now it's a level playing playing field - so I don't see how db has picked a wrong time to take a dog But clearly I'm banking on Ljubo having a big serving day and having the ability to save the bp chances bandy will get similar to his performance in Madrid last year. Should be a great match either way Freeze17171 03-31-2006, 04:15 PM Damnit, why can't this match be the main night matchup? Do people really want to see Fed roll Ferrer? I'll be stuck at work refreshing the online scoreboard every once and awhile. TwistyServe 03-31-2006, 04:19 PM Anyone here think ljub's head is a little disproportionate?
