He probably hopes to enter as an alternate. He is No.10 on the Alt list and the "predicted" withdraws so far are quite high.... and to be fair on Paradorn, Clay is NOT his best surface.... (he played brilliantly in IW against Niemenen! - he was the life and soul of the practice courts the next day - very happy bunny!!!!!)

I hope Younes will get at least a wild card in the Qualifying list.

I just had chance to talk with Paradorn in Bangkok during he plays David cup in Thailand he said that he won't come to play in qualify round of this tournament but he will play next tournament in Barcelona Spain.

Pfff 7 players have to whitdraw before melle v. Gemerden can play the qualies

We both know that he would not even come close to qualifying in this strong field and on clay :tape:

It would be difficult but not impossible, melle can reach the top 100 this year and with a good draw he can win some matches

melle is al claycourt player and he can win against players as karlovic mrniy or other guys on a good day
